Well, I was poking around the internet to see if I could find something funny to use for the Random section, but... instead, I found this:

(spoiler tagged for size and length)

Here's the video in question.

Also, according to that same Imgur post, the man in question had to pay 40,000$ while the woman got the equivalent of a slap on the wrist by spending one night in jail.

You know, it's very, very reassuring to know that I, as an adult male, can easily be thrown into a situation like this at any given moment without any chance of reversing the situation...

I bet the feminazis are having a field day with this.

That's very scary O_O

Women of current society can be are scary.

the problem is the women isn't cute. she should learn how to cospl~ *Snaps
oh! that's pretty scary! anyway, isn't the passenger usually sit on back seat? or is it actually normal to sit beside the driver?

We live in a society where a random woman can yell out "Rapist!" to a man and he'd get arrested, no questions asked. So screwed up... >.>

Peace!

If the genders were reversed there would be a huge outcry. This all stems from the stereotype that all men love to have sex and engage in that activity and all they want is sex. When in fact, men can be just as fragile as women can be and don't want sex all the time. People think that 'all men want sex' therefore they think it's okay to harass us and get away with it quite frequently. I'd be uncomfortable if a woman did that to me in public, I'd feel pretty embarrassed too.

That reaally sucks for the guy. I feel bad for him I wish there was more of an outcry for this

Oh, sure, when a man rapes a woman that doesn't want it he's scum and should be put in jail for God knows how long, but when a woman does it, she only gets one night in jail and is charged with simple assault...

Stupidity at it's finest.

If a man rapes a woman, he is scum, and he would be executed if it was up to me, but a man should get life without parole for raping a woman if not executed.

The woman in the video sexually assaulted him, I don't think it was rape, but that being said, she should get at least 15 years in prison (more if she has a rap sheet) before she even has the possibility of being let out on parole, and she should be a low to low mid level sex offender on the registry.

I don't want to live on this planet anymore.......

Unfortunately the justice system here in USA needs work. If you were to take audio/video evidence without permission (YES, You need the offender's permission to record. How stupid right?), you'll get screwed over and pay the consequences. I've seen this situation happen too many times. (An opposite situation occurred with the female being raped and she got charged for recording without permission).

If you were in a situation like this, defend yourself and/or remove yourself from the situation. Or better yet, have multiple witnesses. Don't take the dang phone out and push "Record."

That's really stupid amd unjust. So basically, if there are no eyewitnesses, you're screwed. The entire judicial system needs work if they're giving a verdict without decisive evidence.

I took a US Govt. class in college and even my teacher agrees how unjust it is. In fact, he see so many problems in the system that I honestly would vote for him automatically if he was to be a Senator lol.

Wow, talk about an uncomfortable and compromising situation!  The poor guy sounded desperate to leave the chick, because she was just going all out and being creepy! But yeah, that's justice for ya! -_-

Humans can be very deplorable at times, ya know?
