I'm actually pretty educated on Japan's stuff- I didn't want to be one of those weebs that "loves Japan" without actually knowing anything about it lol

Japan is weird. They’re a chaotic cocktail of classic and modern customs.

The hard part is since I got my ear to the ground on social issues there it's hard to help from California outside of raising awareness through socials and donating to any causes I come across

"Have you see this anime" is a really awkward way to start a conversation for most people- at least where I'm from haha
