That itself I believe was Orphan but Lindzei didn't die in FFXIII. Lindzei wasn't even in Cocoon. Bhunivelze wouldn't be able to wake without Lindzei. I think the main enemy will be Bhunivelze. Reasoning? He's the most evil god of their universe. His goal in finding Etro's Gate is to reach the Unseen World and kill his mother... again. He killed Mwynn, sending her to the Unseen World, to get complete control over the Mortal World.

Weird. I was just sitting here reading all the Nova Crystallis mythology..... But I think it might have something to do with Bhunivelze. The Fal'Cie Lindzei protects Bhunivelze and is tasked with waking him when Etro's Gate appears which happens at the end of XIII-2.

I'd say UG. Joshua can pull some strings to allow them in the game without, you know, dying. There could be Heartless interferring with the Game and Josh has Sora and co. take them out. RG means Real Ground and UG means Under Ground. UG is where the Reaper's Game takes place and is invisible to those in the RG (basically the normal world).

Did you see the end of the first movie? He lost his foot at the end of the battle with the Red Death when he fell into the fire. When Hiccup wake up he sees that his foot is gone and hobbles out of the house using Toothless to balance.

Well I watch cartoons like ATLA, LoK, Tron: Uprising, Motorcity, Dragons: Riders of Berk and slightly older shows like Danny Phantom. "Kids cartoons" doesn't automatically mean they're kidy shows like Dora the Explorer. They're kinda the TV version of rated E games- they're for everyone. Whether or not said cartoons are well made is a different matter...
