    That's also a big motivator for me. I want a computer that can handle Maya well so I can do 3D modeling again.

    I'm done with taking Japanese classes, just done. It helped me out a lot getting started, but at this point all the classes are teaching me are how to pass Japanese tests. I know how to learn a language for myself better than they can teach it.

    Although many of them think that a gaijin excuse is worse than the mistake itself. 「私の国に来ているゆえ、ここの言語をちゃんと覚えて迷惑をかけないでいただきたい」とね。

    But that's only what I've heard. People are people and they all think differently.

    Oh, I would never say that xD But Japanese will make that excuse for you in many cases to save your face. And even Japanese mess up when speaking keigo too. And then you get into baito keigo and it's all a mess...

    I just found out some researchers call it "cute aggression", but that isn't a single word. And supposedly the Philippines have a word for it, and that word is "gigil". I think English has failed us... D:
