    This suuuuucks. I'll probably miss a funeral because of freaking jury duty. At least I can make the visitation -.-

    o-o...Oishii didn't... do anything? You're required to jury duty when you're old enough to. Jury =/= you're in-trouble.

     

    Also, my sister once had received jury duty when she had conflicts. She was able to get out of having to go. Have you tried contacting them telling you have other circumstances?

    No, I just found out her funeral is this week and my service has already started. It would probably really inconvenience them if I were to pull out now. It's an important case. I just want to be there for my dad, but he says its fine with just the visitation.
