  1. Days was handled primarily by a completely different developer on a completely different console. Days would have to be reverse-engineered, ported to the PS3 (if it's even possible) and then graphically retooled or they would have to completely rebuild the game using PS2 assets (which still requires a lot of brand new material since Days didn't copy-paste absolutely everything wholesale), and even then they would have to screw around with unfamiliar code to implement the panel system or completely rebalance the game with 1/2's skill system. If this was the scale of development staff they reserved for brand new Kingdom Hearts games, it would simply be a tall order. With a team for a minor project like this it's wildly unrealistic to do within 18-24 months, unless of course everyone is capable of making sound systems out of their calculators. On top of all this,The development staff that made 1 & 2 are currently busy with FFV XIII, and keep in mind that said team is not very likely to be comprised of the same programmers it was 7-8 years ago, so there's only so many people that would they would be able to consult with.
  2. The dubbing rights were (quite thankfully) transferred over to Funimation over 5 years ago.
  3. Knowing them they're probably doing work for FFXIII-5.
  4. If you're using less of it, you're buying less of it. Sure, one person doing it isn't much but if a large enough number of people are making an effort to it, it has the capability of reducing demand by enough to force companies to process a bit less of it. No one person may be enough to make a large impact but if a lot of people aren't acting because they themselves don't think they make a difference, guess what? Nothing's getting done. A cohesive unit of people (a family, a company, a society, etc.) works only if a large enough chunk of people are actually attempting to achieve objectives. Not doing anything about a problem is just as toxic as being a part of one, in that sense. We might see something as having no significant impact but what good is doing no good?
  5. Portable. FES has a lot of things, but unless you're dying to play The Answer (which is very hard by the Persona sub series's standards), Portable has everything else going for it. FES copies are hard to find offline anyways.
  6. 2,. 8 Bosses, a myriad of new story scenes, items and the Mushroom XIII beat the other two by far. I liked BBSFM, but there's no contest in terms of the best.
  7. 37". Allegedly the folks got it for 100$, but I'm convinced my father swindled someone to get it. Pity there's no way to give it back now.
  8. I think the grand physical implications of quantum mechanics aren't terribly important at the moment (Seeing as we don't have any way to verify them, all the interpretations are playing with the same equations after all), and making any sort of conclusions without any sort of integrated quantum gravity theory is sort of counting our eggs before they hatch. When we have the whole standard model sorted out it might be an interesting issue to take on, but I think it'd be best to focus exclusively on getting a complete picture of this reality before anything else. We're not even hopping planets yet, so it's not like there's a chance of us truly pushing the boundaries of reality within our own or our children's lifetimes
  9. I can't shoot seagulls if I'm inside, Boo. 0. STARS.
  10. This topic has left me in despair! There is no meaning to anything! Me, nor you or this entire world!
  11. The very mention of Olympus kind of makes me violently ill now. Mirage Arena had significantly more variety in both fighting and scenery.
  12. I've noticed that FMV's on burned discs typically have stuttering problems, but otherwise I haven't encountered significant issues. It may be your PS2.
  13. *Atomicheaddesk* It's already bad enough people are running another meme into the ground.
  14. Krookodile (If you can acquire one) is strong against nearly his entire team, provided you found earthquake (behind strength rocks on route 15) and Dragon Tail to stick on it, and it's consistently useful throughout the entire game (Including post-champion). I was lucky enough to get an Adamant one that curbstomped 75% of the game.
  15. They have to get that monaaaaaaaaaay from Christmas sales.
  16. It feels so awkward watching that, knowing what happened to him not long after. Anyway, I see your hip-hop cash in and raise you one video game cash in.
  17. If I recall, there's a scene in Re:COM on one of the floors (sometime before floor 11) where Jiminy pops out of Sora's hood. Not a great place to stay when Sora is doing 720's in the air.
  18. Humans. It's a fair bit easier to kill something when it doesn't seem to be one of your own.
  19. They were experimenting. I find it difficult to criticize them for that. I think CoM's real problems were pacing and variety. The main levels were cut and paste jobs that went on for far too long due to level/ card grinding (except for floor 13, which was appropriately lengthy for a final level if you ask me) and the storyline didn't have a big enough payoff for me feel like it was worth it.
  20. To add onto this, the air slide move was arguably worse than useless, as the move gave you no invincibility frames, forced you into a straight line, the ending lag for the move made a massive opening for enemies to attack, and Glide lvl 5 was faster as jumps can be canceled into Glide almost immediately, and glide has fewer ending frames. Roll outclasses it in every way. Coming from my experience playing the Final Mix (with both Swap magic and through an emulator.) As soon as you get your first DR skill there's absolutely no reason to use slide. As for the actual game itself, it adds 8 very well made Boss Battles 9and 13 Rematches, close to 20 scenes and generally adds enough stuff to justify the price tag. The PS2 version goes for 40$ Online, though you're going to have to find a way to get it to work on your PS2 (The console is region locked.) Worst case scenario is that it'd cost about 80$/ £50 to get everything together You could also wait for the inevitable 2.5 ReMIX, if you happen to have a PS3.
  21. BUT WHAT DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH ETIOLOGY!?
  22. They're both referencing something that was shown in the late 90's. The earliest rendition I've seen of it was from the original Scary Movie (which I seriously doubt gave birth to it.)
  23. Wait, What? I'll reserve dread for when tangible information about this new film is released, but it seems very strange that Disney is making such a massive purchase so soon after its previous one.
