    I agree that it suddenly came out of no where, but it also was a breath of fresh air to me: a well-needed reminder that apperances are deceiving. Plus I never saw any part of him to sympathize with; he sounded like an ungrateful child that cries because his brothers get everything while he doesn't.

    I think Elsa was too busy staying the hell away from everyone to do much queen-ing. Though I do agree his overall helpfulness is the reason I didn't see his Face Heel Turn coming and got disappointed...

    I actually loved it, but when he said the line about "If only there was someone who loved you" I thought it was because Kristoff loves her more than Hans and hes her true love and not Hans instead of him just being a dick.
