Companies always seem to price things higher in australia than here in the US and I really don't get it. But hey, it's still cheaper then ever due to the low value of the Yen in Japan right now.

"When you play through all of them" is the key idea here. Most people can't afford a PS2, GBA, PSP, DS, 3DS and now PS4/Xbox 1. The HD collections should help resolve most peoples confusion if they play them. I never had any issues personally. Its more the fact that more information was added into an established story. Each game opens questions, as well as presents a storyline. The next game answers some of those questions, while adding new questions and maybe presenting information you thought to be true as false (for instance Ansem SOD is not the real Ansem, the big KH2 "plot twist." BBS: you thought you knew who Xehanort was but you're wrong. 3D: Xehanort actually planned everything + time travel. I think the most confusing part is the time travel. I really hope they explain that in more detail in KH3.

Burton does a good job for sure, though he can never match the pure power in the voice of Christopher Lee, but Lee is getting very old. And by very old I mean he is 91. let me say that again: 91!!!! The fact that he does much of anything anymore is practically a miracle. If they get him for KH3, then its great. If not, Burton will do a good job too.

Nomura already said they are using the Luminous engine to work on KH3, the one that is supposed to decrease development times by like 50%. So it shouldnt take that long. Plus it should come out in 2015 anyway.

If you pay for the release day shipping IT DOES come on release day. If you have a prime membership that is free. If not, super saver shipping which is usually around 5 days is free. Thats what I picked. I had prime back when I ordered KH3D as well as Kid Icarus Uprising and some other games, they are in fact delivered the day of their release. This is really convenient if you have prime or are willing to pay for shipping. (I would rather wait a few days and pay less). Gamestop's 1 day shipping is like $12 and ships the day of release so you get it the day after.

Maybe Avengers. Not Star Wars. If they are going to use real life movies, they could do the Pirates sequels. I could see a world based on the Avengers, but I don't think it would fit well. I just want something from Pixar, and WRECK IT RALPH. Please please please Nomura give me wreck it ralph.

Yesterday in the Square Enix Presents, the two SE employees mentioned that for those who pre-order, there will be a special message in the art book from Tetsuya Nomura. I want to find out your opinions of what this might be. Personally I think it will be a teaser announcement for KH 2.5 ReMix (or whatever its called). Then the official announcement could occur around a week later at the Tokyo Game Show, similar to the announcement of KH 1.5 ReMix. Post your ideas below!!

The only keyblade related thing I want to happen is for the X blade to be formed during the clash of 13 darknesses and 7 lights. It will probably go to Master Xehanort initially and look like he is winning, but then similar to how Riku took the keyblade from Sora in KH1, it will choose Sora as its true wielder, abandoning Master Xehanort, allowing Sora to defeat the 13 darknesses with the help of his friends. I would love to see a lot of bonus keyblades available though that are unlockable. I mean they have a 50GB disc to work with, maybe 20-30 (or even more!!) keyblades!

Considering you have a good year or two before KH3 comes out, just watch someone do a playthrough of the game on youtube. or just the cutscenes.

If you pre-order online, it doesn't charge you until it ships and if you use gamestop's pickup@store, they dont charge you till you pick it up. Just saying. I do it all the time with special editions. I have KH HD1.5 Limited edition reserved through us amazon. Same way i got the mark of mastery edition of KH3D. I preordered both the day they were announced and wasnt charged for KH3d till it shipped.

This is a good point, I thought the exact same thing about 2.5 the moment they said that. It would also make sense timing wise as the Tokyo game show will start about a week after this releases, giving them a chance to confirm it!!!

Oh haha yeah i just ignored that little waste of 7 minutes. lol You are correct though. But hey the Kh1 outfit was in KH2, so anything can can happen!

Im definitely going to get a PS4 because I want KH3 and I really like a lot of the games announced and I know there will be more great ones (hopefully another uncharted, more ratchet and clank, and more sly cooper). I also want a Wii U because i love mario and zelda and all those great games. Maybe when I finish college and get a job... hm...

Yeah this makes complete sense. leads to similar release windows as 1.5 hd in the respective regions. As well as provides 1 1/2 to 2 years for KH3 to be finished and come out around 2015

Yeah I really don't think there is anything to worry about. I mean the taser looked great for the cutscene portion and the short tech demo at the end was just that, a tech demo; similar to the very early one for KH3D. Sora was in a generic outfit from a previous game, and he ran around with a keyblade, jumped off a wall, rode on a stream of shadows, and then swung at them at the end. If you recall the first tech demo for KH3D it showed sora in his KH1 clothes fighting the guard armor. Granted it had little bits of flowmotion involved, but I was very worried that it would be YET ANOTHER rehash of KH1. Thankfully, Nomura and the Osaka team took the heartless out and put the dream eaters in, creating a much better innovation. Remember, the game isn't coming until 2015 at the earliest. They have tons of time to tweak and correct and all the other stuff. If Nomura feels like they are struggling, Dev Team 1 (KH1, KH2, FFXV) finishes FFXV next year as it is due for release sometime in 2014, and he can get assistance if needed. I like the comment about how this was his love child. It's so true. He was just a developer, granted one ot Square Enix's best, when they were looking for new ideas and he said what if we combine Disney with FF. A bunch of people thought he was crazy, but they knew how creative he was and had confidence in his abilitiy to make such an insane idea work. AND HE DID IT, which pushed him into the limelight as one of the greatest game creators out there. Every detail of every game has to be in place before he lets it go, hence the 7 years waiting for Versus, now 15. Kingdom Hearts was his first great creation, he certainly won't let it be his last.

Oh yeah I agree that it got kind of annoying after awhile, my point was that because of the separate color palate and different fighting combinations as well as the modes of training spirits, it takes up space that could have been used in a separate direction, but that was what they chose and I did thoroughly enjoy it. BTW, the new pokemon games totally stole it with the whole petting, feeding, and playing with your pokemon. Very similar to KH3D

Gotcha. Cool! I also just noticed while re-watching your credits that it shows Sora on Destiny Islands at the end, which could have been taken as a super super brief teaser for KH3. Cool stuff.

I am not too familiar with the changes in KH2 final mix heartless wise but they may have changed the coloring similar to the guard armor change in KH1 final mix. Also, I say that 2.5 (or whatever its called) will have the final mix of bbs and KH2, because as the titles suggest, they are the FINAL version of that game. They include every feature that was ever to be included in them. Plus if they are gonna release the KH1 final mix everywhere in the first hd remix, they might as well release the rest of them in the next one.
