  1. Expect this number to inexplicably increase or decrease with future installments.
  2. It may have been Reggie Fils-Aime, the president of Nintendo. I say this because his Mii is known to have Golden Pants, and the distinction FILSAMECH fits in with his last name. If that's the case, I think that this may simply be a promotional event to raise the hype for E3.
  3. In Kingdom Hearts, Ice Cream is synonymous with friendship. Just how Ice Cream does not last forever, as noted with the subtle scene in Kingdom Hearts 2 where Roxas' melting Ice Cream is symbolic for his fading time with his friends, the perceived end of that bond is seen as death. When the main characters say that they mourn the loss, while simultaneously likening that loss to ice cream, they are saying that they regret not spending more time with the "Ice Cream". This, of course, is in reference to friendship. Of course, this could also just be completely off-shot and Nomura just has this odd obsession with Ice-Cream and death. And friendship. And sunsets. And weird hair.
  4. Sigh. I knew it was going to be this. No corner of the internet is safe from the Tennant Face.
  5. There is some kind of societal commentary here... I can feel it.
  6. Fortunately for Xehanort, he has many "Himselfs" he can mail it too. This was clearly the plan all along.
  7. While I thought Brotherhood was overall the better rendition, it's entirely opinionated. Some people prefer the original, while some prefer the more accurate adaptation in Brotherhood. It would be best if you could experience both, but if you only see one, I would recommend Brotherhood with little hesitation.
  8. Now all we need are Corporal Quote, Admiral Archives, and Brigadier General Banhammer and our new army will finally be complete.
  9. Did you choose the sword? Heard that makes it even harder.
  10. Sorry, I was under the impression that people with a portion of Xehanort's heart gain the ability to wield the Keyblade, like him. Don't know why that thought crossed my mind, but again, sorry for any confusion.
  11. That might kind of be cheating since I think it was implied he can use a Keyblade now? Regardless, I'll say the same, so long as he sticks to the tried and true arrowguns.
  12. Soon he will even have his own viral soundtrack to indoctrinate the younger generation: Spacey Ghost, Coast to Coast.
  13. Friend, Really? OverZealous. Even Necessary?
  14. I sadly couldn't enjoy as much as all the people who apparently call it the best game ever. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's a fantastic game, but I don't see the "very best" qualifications in it.
  15. Android 17 and 18 confirmed as the next playable characters for the 7th generation of Pokemon, Lapis and Lazuli versions.
  16. The first time I played through, I had no idea how to save Cid, so I let him die. I knew that you could save him, but in my eyes, I just wanted to get through the game. Even though I knew what would happen when I did, it didn't lessen the impact that the scene had and will always have on me. Later, I loaded an earlier save file in order to fight the Ultima weapon again, as I realized that with my choices made after the fight I would no longer be able to play as shadow. Being a slight completionist, I resolved to make it through the game by seeing all the content. I found out how to save Cid, and managed to do so (after like 45 minutes, yeah, it's really that grating), and as much as I love the old guy, I have to say that that decision was a mistake. It almost feels like I made the wrong choice; even if Cid survives it accomplishes nothing, it doesn't even add to the ending. Not only that, but it makes Cid's life feel cheap in some way. Before, he had a purpose, his death lead to a generally captivating scene that served to hammer home the feeling of desolation that the game was trying to sell. With him alive, I just feel like he matters less, as weird as that sounds. This pretty much confirms for me that canonically, Cid dies no matter what. Which I honestly feel is for the best.
  17. Makes me realize there may be one thing worse then my predicament.
  18. Hate to be the grouch, because I really am a Nintendo fan, but I have summer school. Not even the smile on Kirby's face can cure that fact.
