Well, that works KH2 had Roxas for its tutorial stage, KH3 doing something similar isn't that far-fetched And I don't think Nomura mentioned anything about Sora being part of the tutorial stage (not that he needs to) There's another possibility though, but it seems unlikely All we know in 0.2 is that Sora is heading to Olympus Coliseum. We don't know if he actually makes it there without any complications. So something could have happened that forced them to Twilight Town and Nomura could have used that as an excuse to set it as the tutorial stage.
