Just saw the leaked cutscenes from the Gamespot screw up. Truly... it is beauty in motion. They nail Woody & Buzz so well, you don't even really care about the voices after a bit
PrinceNoctis repliedThey wouldn't go through the trouble of recording all these voices for them to end up being temporary. Voice work on KHIII is in full motion so these voices are probably here to stay. Sora and company voices aren't place holders either (except for the battle quotes). The person voicing Buzz is the original voice actor and for Woody, I personally don't have a problem with his voice but I grew up watching Toy Story in french so it's different for me I guess.

Trey Wickesser repliedalright i managed to find a re-upload of the gamespot footage and i retract my statement on the voice acting as i only had there talking during combat to go off of earlier which the voices for buzz and woody seemed underplayed

I hope people realize that IF this event in May happens, that it won't be livestreamed, nothing official will be shared, and the people probably won't get to talk about it for like a week or so. And if it's real, I'm calling a late Sept./early Oct. KH3 release.
Exiblade7 repliedBut SE DID allow the selected to say they are going to play kingdom hearts 3 early and plus, also mentioning that they cannot share any information at this time, meaning they will be allowed to talk about it more when given the approval to do so
Oli repliedI guess it’s an event focused on press and publicity so it doesn’t need any kind of publicity as if it were a gaming event. Companies do this all the time apparently

Prediction: There will be a trailer shown at D23, but we won't get to see it until March 28th, as a sort of "birthday" present. That way, the attendees still get "exclusive" stuff.

Merilly repliedIt's not entirely unlikely, depending on how they define short. They did say in an earlier interview 2017 would be non-stop KH3 news and compared to one month, 2 months are definitely a short break.
