Hmmm.....my mother actually learned to make some sushi by watching Youtube vids. She's a huge fan of Asian dishes, and we have an Asian grocery store in our town; so as a result, we've had all kinds of wonderful things for dinner!

I think it's more of a Chinese/Thai thing, but we even made eggrolls once! So good!!!
