Whether or not it's worth it depends on what kind of value you, yourself, place on it. I, personally, will buy it, simply because I have the money. I probably won't replay 3D for a long while, so I'm mainly getting it for the other content. Thus, technically, it won't be worth it for me.

I tend to agree. There are so many gender identifications, and there will probably even more coming, that it would be hard to assume anything at all. Personally, I treat pronouns as a sex identification that has nothing to with gender but the biological disposition. Of course problems arise with that as well, but to a lesser extent. ^^'
