Most of society's problems come from parents so yeah, that's an easy way out of the conversation. Baby gangs, thieves, bad behaviour people, violent attitude or swearing kids etc etc: most of these problems can be easily related to parenting problems. Rating systems have always meant nothing. Noone even looks at them.

I think most of you are overestimating a child's mind. While I obviously agree with Lea, violence will often, if not always, bring to more violence. It doesn't matter where violence come from but children are really easily influenced by everything they see or listen. They tend to imitate them. Of course, media and such tend to inflate the problem but that's what they do with everything.
