  1. I tend to pace my interests as moods, but I never particularly grow out of anything. If I like something I like something, and it's almost always constant. Occasionally I'll feel like something else but I still like everything else. Kind of like you have your favorite foods, and occasionally you crave one more then the other. Pokemon is my favorite food, but lately I've been in the mood for kicking back and watching cartoons. That being said my love for Pokemon and Kingdom Hearts remains intact. As for the series going downhill? That's completely subjective. I get the impression that you prefer darker plots better suited for adults, which is a-ok. For me? I like a little spice in my life but I always need silliness to balance it out as well. The absurdity that is the Kingdom Hearts plot is well suited for me, as I enjoy deciphering codes and connecting ridiculous hints in a way. I enjoy how this series has emotional, serious moments, and I especially enjoy how it has it's comedic and adorable moments. It's not for everyone, but it's for me. As the series progresses and gets more complicated I have more room to investigate and pick up on little hints. It's fun for me. I also don't focus on negatives even if I'm aware they're there. I am well aware and won't deny the complications done to plot by the inclusion of time travel, but frankly, it's just dumb fun for me and I won't ever let it bother me. I also try to avoid voicing negatives because one man's trash is another's treasure. Something that may make me roll my eyes may bring joy to others and I won't let my own feelings get them. Generally watching other people appreciate things I had trouble appreciating myself brings myself joy, though I admit it might not be for everyone. I just personally like immature things. Your feelings are completely understandable and logical, I just can't say that I personally agree. As someone who signed up to talk about Kingdom Hearts on a Kingdom Hearts Forum I feel inclined to speak as someone who enjoys the series for what it is. Kingdom Hearts is a fun way to pass the time for me and I have my doubts it'll ever be irritating to me.
  2. If it makes you feel any better, it was the exact opposite in the Japanese version. WEEKS UPON WEEKS IN SECOND PLACE TO THE UNICORN... I'm bitter haha
  3. I apologize you lost me. Are you referring on how the dandelions infiltrated the realm of sleep in order to ensure keyblade successors? As in they abandoned their own world condemned to ruin and took over a new world? Bit of an iffy connection if that's it haha, but I honestly don't know exactly what you mean ;w;
  4. I figured ^^ but I figured I'd share just in case you didn't know because, y'know it's related to the topic. As for any English headcanons at the moment? I don't particularly have any, namely because I'm staying clear from theories.
  5. Morgan Freeman voices them all. Except for Chirithy who is voiced by Danny Devito Ok jokes aside, I'm not sure if you know this yet but a trailer for 2.8 had the Japanese voices of the Foretellers and it's pretty neat! Do what you must with this information u_u. Although it is fun to imagine English voices haha And this video has Chirithy's japanese voice actor.
  6. I chose Monopoly because the idea of buying out all the worlds amuses me. Disney now bows to me ;> Also because it is a widely known fact that Monopoly is the source of every destroyed friendship ever, so it fits well with the theme of kh: messed up friendships and crying children. Chess was a very close runner up because of the rad chess board that appeared in the Kingdom Hearts 3 trailer. The pieces looked so fancy and shiny.
  7. #Confirmed!!11!!!!!!!!11!!!!!! Now I'm just waiting for Waluigi to be playable
  8. There is no speed type Saïx medal/card because he's slow as crap, but as a Lady Luck user and an insufferable Saïx apologist I have a mighty need.

  10. 3 words every girl wants to hear: Kh3 release date
  11. Thanks 'bud. And yeahhhh I hate needles, which is hilarious because my mom's a nurse while my brother is studying the medical field. I think it gets even more hilarious because I have a wicked memory when it comes to diseases so I help my brother out. But yeah, needles are a no-go for me. I think we all think that something will go wrong. AH I LOVE SPACE BECAUSE IT'S JUST A BIG OL MINDBOGGLE. It's just so big man, so freaking big and it's growing bigger and there's countless stores it's just so fascinating. Ah I'm glad you appreciated my comment, and I hope it'll help you with your project! Good luck!
  12. I think my favorite IB story is when my teacher told us we were all just cows waiting to be slaughtered sustaining only on caffeine.
  13. I love bugs especially spiders (spiders are among my favorite animals)! Well mosquitoes I'm not too fond of, but honestly most people I met aren't afraid of any bugs, so maybe avoid adding them. Snakes too, Snakes are also adorable! Have you ever seen a lil garden snake with those big eyes? It's hard to take a scary video seriously when it's on animals in general. I wouldn't add animals. Gore itself while unsettling is more... gross then scary? It's not anything that would make me want to sleep with the light, it's more like something that would make me stick out my tongue in disgust. In general I think psychological horror works best. As Dave said, existential crisis gets a lot of people. For me it's not so much as not existing/dying (I'm much too apathetic about myself to care about that lol), I think the prospect of having nothing to exist for is most horrifying, or just the reality of life. Watching people fall apart in a realistic fashion spooks me. I can imagine myself in their position and that's what keeps me up at night. Little questions that make you realize all the people who could have been saved but weren't. A good story is always the most terrifying because it sticks with you for years. Or do needles. I don't like needles haha. Buuuuut yeah that's just my own opinion.
  14. //*tears up* I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY/SAVE EVERYONE LIKE I CAN DO IN VIDEO GAMES. That is all
  15. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ I'm very laid back with my entertainment and have really low expectations/standards (lol) so Kingdom Hearts's convoluted and excessively long story doesn't really bother me. I guess there's good things and bad things that came out of the spin-offs, but I think the main goal of the spin-offs were to get you hyped for Kingdom Hearts 3 as much as possible. It backfired for some, because they quickly lost interests in the games. While for others it got them attached to the characters which kind of gives you motive to want Khiii. So I guess it's a double edged sword when appealing to fans. I'm probably just rambling nonsense don't listen to me haha.
  16. Plz no death kthxbai Ok but seriously I'd prefer to have the death count more at a minimum because there's others way of making significant emotional connections other then blood and death... but that's a tangent. If I had to make a prediction, the obvious choice would be Master Xehanort, as A) He himself stated that age would be a problem. B) He's the big bad. C) He's cheated death way too many times. But then again no one was surprised with that. As for Terra and Riku? I suppose it's possible, but I'm leaning towards no. Especially for Riku, as he had a successful character arc and it would seem a bit cruel to kill him off the second his future started to get brighter. There's really no need for a sacrificial death for Riku in order to prove himself because frankly, Riku has already proven himself. Terra's case, I can see a bit more because Terra admittedly goofed up quite a bit (more then Riku can ever dream of messing up) and he's done very little to make up for it thus far. Granted he hasn't had much of a shot of redeeming himself yet (I imagine it's kind of hard to do when you're possessed). A heroic death seems like a possibility for Terra, but I feel like he's certainly got to have at least a little bit of time to reunite with Aqua and Ventus considering that's really the whole point to the story right now- save those who are in pain. If he's reunited with Aqua and Ven early enough into the story to where it feels like a satisfying and rewarding end I guess I could accept him dying (lmao as if I would ever) As for Lea? A more confident no. He already 'died' in khii, and a second death to prove his heroism would be redundant. I imagine it wouldn't sit well with him being a fan-favorite and all. I'm also inclined to state Lea would win his battle against Saïx seeing as how canon suggests Lea is more proficient at battle then the latter. It's not enough for a firm no, but it's enough for me to not see it coming if it does. If anyone dies a heroic death I'd say Isa (rip my heart) is more likely between the two but that may just be my bias speaking. That being said while Isa's certainly got to prove himself for any sort of redemption comparing his wrong-doings to Terra/Xemnas's is like comparing apples and oranges. That's just my personal feelings anyways.
  17. Well I mean he's basically done being all angsty. But as we know he's Riku and you can only be so positive when you're Riku. It's in his blood mate. That being said he's definitely getting more cheerful lately which personally is a welcome change. So I'm pro-haircut.
  18. You know what I mean ;P and my post was mainly tongue in cheek, but I do honestly believe that the hairstyles are absurd regardless of their inspiration. It's not enough to get on my nerves but it is enough to make me roll my eyes. I'm genuinely glad Riku got his hair cut, because in my culture it signifies starting anew and well... it suits him. He's done being a negative nancy and he's looking to the future so there's no need for the designers to design him with bangs (or blindfolds) covering his eyes. Those days are done. But y'know that's just my opinion and I'm sure you have your own as well.
  19. I prefer short haired Kairi personally, but she's adorable either way!
  20. Favorite color? It's an interesting question to me, ok?
