The whole :Lauriam is Lauriam" thing is nonsense. I instantly interpreted it similar to "Roxas is not Sora". Typical Nomura trolling us, lol! Also on the subject of KHx not being wrapped up in KHIII...I figured that would happen. I felt like they were building up the Master of Masters to be something more. Evidence suggests that thanks to the confirmation of MoM not being in KHIII. I think the Master of Masters will be the next antagonist after Xehanort at this point, but who knows? I also think that they may be building up Ventus as the main protagonist in the saga after the Dark Seeker Saga. Once again, who knows? Definitely some interesting tidbits during this event, that's for sure.

I think Ansem the Wise will definitely play a role in KHIII, but what that role is? I have no clue. He'll probably be saved and help restore Radiant Garden to its former glory. How he'll react to his recently revived/restored apprentices will also be interesting. Will he still hate them or will he forgive them? Whatever the case may be, Ansem's arc going forward will surely be interesting...or at least somewhat interesting.

I know a lot of people think she's dead for good, but I don't believe that. That hooded figure in the most recent KHuX art definitely resembles a female...I wouldn't be surprised if lore-wise, Strelitzia is the first recorded/known Nobody.

Going to chime into this topic and give my brief two cents. I feel like Back Cover was actually pretty good for the most part. I really liked that they touched upon the Foretellers and gave them unique personalities. I also really liked the comic relief with the Master of Masters. The soundtrack was also great, but only a few tracks have been uploaded somewhere from it. Anyway...back the the point. The character development was pretty good. I wished they would've shown a little more of Ephemer and included Skuld in the mix. Perhaps, they should've waited to release Back Cover till post Union-Cross. It also would've given them the excuse to release 3D renders of the Dandelions and new Foretellers. Overall, I liked the movie, but felt like it was missing some tidbits here and there.

Every time Nomura releases a piece of artwork I am just left speechless! His style is so unique and I love it! I'm curious to see who's in the black coat, I can't really tell what gender they are. They look young and somewhat feminine though. I just hope it's either a KHx character or a new original character. I'd prefer it not be someone we already know from the modern era of KH. Ventus and Marluxia's somebody - Lauriam are enough. But man...this artwork is exciting!

...it's gonna be epic. Hopefully it's a nice composition piece featuring little tidbits from every final boss theme in the series, but truly feel original. Regardless, it's Yoko Shimomura, when has she ever disappointed?

Riku Replica is an interesting topic when it comes to making a return. I think we can all agree he had a solid and overall fantastic arc. One the subject of him being a seeker of darkness...who knows? I believe he should be a seeker, as he was truly determined to make a name for himself and essentially become his own person. He had a sad ending and I feel like he would want a second chance. Like, The Transcendent Key basically said above: Xehanort likes manipulating people and bringing them over to his side. The Riku Replica definitely would fall for Xehanort's tricks. I also feel like the "Riku doppelganger" wasn't in KHDDD for no reason. I believe it was actually the Riku Replica. He didn't have golden eyes just yet, but perhaps he hadn't fully become half-Xehanort yet. Anyway, I was satisfied with Riku Replica's end, but I would totally support him returning as a seeker of darkness. Also, wasn't it mentioned by Young Xehanort in KHDDD that they tried converting Riku to a seeker of darkness in the past, but failed? Well...the next best thing is the Riku Replica.

I have never forgotten about it. I feel like that's where young Eraqus and young Xehanort were playing chess, and I also feel the remaining Organization members we never saw (Demyx, Luxord, Marluxia, Larxene) are from there.

Glad to see Nomura mention Terra, Ventus, Aqua and Roxas. I'm so looking forward to their return and what the future holds from them. Hopefully, this extends to Namine and Xion as well, because they also need happy endings. Regardless, KHIII is going to be PACKED with story. Who knew the slightest thing could hype me up!

It's a little bit of a bummer, but it won't ruin the game for me. The illustrations were nice and all -- a staple to the series really and I really like Nomura's artstyle, but I'm looking forward to seeing how the in-game model thing works...especially since the "fish faces" are no more.

Too many Disney classics to cover before these television movies.

Noctis and Lightning I can definitely see in the future due to their popularity. I do believe Rinoa, Vincent and Laguna will appear in the future. Rinoa was kind of hinted in the KHII ending, Vincent and Laguna both were intended to appear at one point in past games, but were scrapped.

They could do a lot of cool things with the final battle to make them more interesting. I'm not worried. There's a popular idea that's been floating around forever now, as you probably know. The idea is swapping between the different guardians of light throughout the final battle. That would lead to different gameplay, as each character arguably has their own specialities. I really like the whole character swapping idea.

I'm a pretty easy-going guy, so I'm not too bothered by what people say. However...I don't like when people say Roxas, Namine and Xion shouldn't be 'revived'. I also dislike it when people try to say they understand the story just by playing KH and KHII. It's like "no, you really don't".

I think the Unversed will definitely return if Vanitas plays any role in KHIII...which I'm sure he will. Same with the Dream Eaters. If any characters from KHx appear, no doubt at least Chirithy will make an appearance. Anyway, it would make sense that these two creature types would make a return of some sort, considering this is the final chapter of the "Dark Seeker Saga".

Great interview, very insightful. I love how passionate they are about music, arranging and composing. I also like how Yoko Shimomura brings up the possibility of another piano collections and music box renditions.

I just hope they make gummi ship missions enjoyable, because I've never been a big fan of them. Don't get me wrong, KH2's gummi missions were much better than KH1's gummi missions. A lot of people have mentioned Rather & Clank as a reference and I believe Cynical also touched upon the subject in his recent video. I personally like the Rather & Clank idea. Those missions always look fun and immerse you in a vast universe. I want KH3's gummi missions to somewhat resemble that.

Nice ideas, I'm all for more tournaments at the Coliseum. I really hope they go all out in KH3 with the Coliseum since the worlds will feature so much content to experience.

Good topic. Some of my favorite KH boss battle tracks include: "A Fight to the Death", "Darkness of the Unknown", "Rage Awakened -The Origin-", "The 13th Dilemma", "Enter the Darkness" and "The 13th Reflection". I'm a fan of all of them though, these were just some of my favorites.

I think it's because he was created by Xehanort. Xehanort used Ventus' darkness to make him and thus yellow (also orange eyes) are associated with darkness. I personally believe that he's one of Xehanort's vessels, thus a seeker of darkness.

Treasure Planet because everyone wants that.

I hope Sephiroth reappears! He's a staple to the series at this point. Also, let's not forget he has "unfinished business" with Cloud, and furthermore the "FF story" arc.

Awesome! I hope they livestream whatever happens at this fan event. This could be the biggest KH even we've ever seen. The concept reminds me of the FFXV event. That was amazing to watch, so I hope this KH event can be watched.

I'm so glad to hear that all characters' stories will be settled in KH3. That's a relief. I knew that everyone would make an appearance, but I didn't know to what extent. Hopefully they give us some information on whatever happened to Demyx, Luxord, Marluxia and Larxene's human forms. The other former Organization members I'm not concerned about, because their stories are guaranteed to play a role if DDD meant anything. Demyx, Luxord, Marluxia and Larxene are the only former Organization members we know practically nothing about, so I really hope we're given some insight on them. Also, I'm excited to see who the fifth new union leader will be.
