    I managed to avoid all of the crappy KH forums, but I made the mistake of joining a Naruto forum. Never again. Worst freaking community I've had to deal with by far.

    @riki thats yeah, why i said worst ive ever been on. i havent been on too many and i dont stay long on the terrible ones (unless there's hilarious drama i can just sit and watch). to be honest, i dont really like zeldadungeon either which is a shame since i dont know and other loz forums :(

    The forum I joined was pretty much 95% elitist jerks. I joined after a period where they disabled registration, and was thrown into a classification all of us new members were grouped into. We were considered the scum of the forum because a few new members were trolls. They considered all of us the same, whether we trolled or not. The community also had no clue what an opinion was, on top of many other issues that led to my quick retreat from that forum.

    @Ghost Naruto itself is great, but a lot of the community is really bad, honestly. It's constant bickering back and forth about really dumb things, really. Their arguments get really heated a lot of the time. :/ There are good fans though, such as the ones on here. I wouldn't let the majority ruin the series for you if you're thinking about getting back into it. The people on the discussion thread here are all really nice and open about the series.     @Riki Honestly, it'll probably always be my favorite because of how much it affected me, but I'm not the type to shove that down peoples' throats. So long as they don't force me to not like it, I'll respect their opinions.

    this may sound weird but my favourite thing aobut kh13 is the layout? also the colkours. like it doesnt put a strain on my eyes...that one khj site thats actually not bad, it has like a black background and colourful text and it hurts my eyes so bad so i went on once and then never agaiu xD

    the 80% thing isn't really true, it might seem like that because AAA is pushing open world so much, but the fact is, Call of Duty, League of Legends, and mobile puzzle games are the most popular things out there

    Well, I'm not completely sure if I hate open world games, but I had bad experience with one of them. It was zelda 1. It wasn't the actual overworld that I hated, it was just the simple things that I had to do in order to complete the game were really hard to do. For example, It's hard to attack enemies in that game and I that really annoyed me.

    I have yet to play 3D Land. I'm kinda debating if I want it or not. I've heard it's not all that great, and I have 3D World, which is supposed to be a massive improvement over 3D Land. I might pick it up if I find it cheap, though.

    i didnt even pick it up. im borrowing it from a friend. he said he was very disapointed with the game so approach with caution. if you want a good idea on how its played then miyamoto said its a 3d mario game that plays like a 2d mario game. that sounded good to me so i tried it. im liking it so far but it seems pretty short of your not going for 100%

    It doesn't sound that bad, but I've heard it was disappointing. :/ My brother got it with his 3DS, but it was a download game, so he wasn't able to let me play it on mine.

    I hope I will too, I'm just a bit worried. :/ I also kinda get a feeling it's just the usual "Wah Mario games are all boring and repetitive now" crap that people constantly repeat, which is why I'm still thinking about giving it a shot. Just waiting a bit, I guess. :P

    well, if im being completly ohnest, there isnt really anything new in 3d land. the game is still fun, but it really does define the phrase "if it isnt broke, dont fix it" i still think its a good time, but if your looking for new, you aent going to get it with 3d land. still fun, but not new.

    I don't necessarily mind something that's not terribly new, especially if it means refinement for an old system. I mean, I still love the New Super Mario Bros games.

    yeah. i agree. i just understand where people are comming from when they say mario games arent new anymore. i still think the games are fun tho. xD plus, mario is like 35 years old. there is only so much new that 1 series can take. (you know, aside from kirby who always seems to get games with entirely new formulas for better or worse.) but in terms of staying true to platforming, i understand the idea of running out of new things. but its still happening. i still like the games tho. :)

    Yeah, I can understand that. I just think that it's a good enough system that it's managed to still be fun after all this time. Adding in co-op helped to shake things up, too. 3D World (And I suppose 3D Land as well) did a lot to change the formula, too.

    i agree that it still manages to be fun. if nintendo is sticking to that formula, then there new job is finding ways to make that formula feel fresh. i think they have been doing pretty good! it might not be enough for some people, but i think mario games manage to feel fresh somehow. xD and co op is freaking awesome! me, my sister, and our friends were seriously competative with the crown you get in 3d world for getting the highest score. xD

    Same here. Each game has felt really new and fresh so far. Co-op's a lot of fun, too. I remember my friends and I all tried to complete the first Plessie level 100% in 3D World. Everyone else told us to shut up because of how loud we got after 10 or so attempts. xD

    lol. i think the reason i thought that was because mario was so famous. i knew about starfox but only because of smash bros brawl and i never played a starfox game ever (to this day. i really want to) so i would like to give my 8 year old self more credit. i hope i could. xD

    I was able to get Star Fox 3D because of Club Nintendo, and it is the only Star Fox I have played. But I want the new one coming out. Plus I play Smash Bros with Star Fox stages and what not.

    yeah. same. starfox stages are awesome. xD i wish i could get 643D on club nintendo, but i cant because i lack the coins. plus digital is meh. but they did stop making physical and teh physical copies are now going for a lot more money so i might not have a choice.

    I heard Xenoblade.

    Xenoblade 1 is open in the sense that the areas are massive and have a ton of space to explore, but there's still a set storyline you go through. Quests and exploration make it more open. Xenoblade X is completely open world, though, and sounds like it'll be absolutely huge.
