    Um it hasn't started. The blizzard has still yet to come, its going to come tonight. Its thundersnow, extremely windy and heavy snow and its taking its time to get out.

    Already stated it's exaggeration. The only thing people should worry about is visibility. This whole talk about the worst of it's history is ridiculous.

    It is going to be one of the worst storms of history if it goes by what is foretasted. The highest snowfall total in NYC (measured in Central Park) was 26 inches. This one could be less or higher than that. The real part of the blizzard isn't here yet. So far, what happened so far, is just as predicted. A few inches on Monday, then Tuesday is a lot more. Like 10 - 15 (or 18 - 22 in some cases, mixed reports), but we have yet to see.

    Strange considering 2010's snowstorm was 2 feet high and ironically not expected. No wonder I dislike weather predictions, they're most of the time so off.

    It is still the best we've got, even if they get it wrong. They aren't able to predict it 100%. They aren't wizards.

    Never said they can predict 100%, but sometimes they aren't even off by a margin but completely off in general.

    They are trying their best regardless. Its still best to take notice of multiple weather reports to get the gist of it, since each weather source come up with different predictions.

    Haha I actually am learning Japanese right now. I can translate some (read as: a little) stuff, but most of what I read comes out of the google translate machine, so the translations aren't perfect but they tend to make sense (after doing some additional decryption in my head). I can try but they'll most likely be inferior to yours :)
