So I think I'm done with Gamestop for good! Such rude service and the guy was telling me to never come back because I cancelled a trade.., told me to get out!

Queen Tery repliedThen you probably should've phrased it that way. It ends up making you sound kinda ignorant. Honestly, I've worked in customer service for 4 years now. It's a pretty shitty gig and you get hardly any respect from anyone, including your co-workers and bosses, etc. Not condoning rude behavior from employees, but in some cases they probably weren't being as rude as you think. I know a lot that I've met blow things out of proportion.

I have 2 friends who work for Gamestop and if their number of pre-orders and power up rewards cards aren't high enough they get written up. 3 write ups and they're fired. When you're an employee and you're working for a pay check that is necessary to pay your bills, you're going to do what your boss tells you to do. Not their fault.

Queen Tery repliedNot saying they should do that. But why blame all gamestop employees for one or a few's attitude? Honestly, I really doubt they would REFUSE to get it out and sell it to you. It sounds like you're blowing it out of proportion to me. But I wasn't there, so I suppose I can't say for sure.

Queen Tery repliedI'm not saying you're kidding. You may honestly believe that's what happened. You sure there wasn't any kind of miscommunication? Because I know a lot of customers that I've dealt with have thought one thing despite that you repeatedly tell them another.

Forever repliedLol, Gamestop people definitely have their moments. I went to purchase a Kingdom Hearts game one time... gave it to the guy, he took it from me, looked at it, and told me that it sucked. Being the polite individual that I am, I remained calm...but the entire time, my insides were screaming: "EXCUSE ME SON, DID I ASKED YOUR OPINION?! THIS IS MY MONEY, SO KINDLY RING THIS $%*@$ UP SO I CAN GO HOME."
