    My dog just found a freaking OPOSSUM in our garage. I screamed my dignity away this night. X_X It won't leave, and my dog failed at killing it. (I never realized how convincingly they play dead...)

    We found one in our garage earlier this year. We tried to make loud noises and scare it away, but it just sat there staring at us like we were idiots. He didn't even play dead! xD

    Yeah, this one wouldn't leave our garage, even after my dog bit it, and we tried making loud noises and poking it with a large stick. We eventually just left the garage door open slightly and it left during the night.

    You know it kinda annoys me how people bash on ODST just because you don't play as a Spartan. ODST was one of my favorite titles in the franchise next to Reach, Wars, and 2.

    Your welcome. A lot of threads take ages for me to load and freeze my browser because there are so many videos, and we figured there were others that have that problem as well. So we wanted to help alleviate the issue. :) It won't completely fix it, we'd simply have to require all videos be in spoiler tags or not allow posting them (neither of which we would consider) to do that, but we figured this would be a good way to at least make it less of a problem.

    IIRC, "waifu" is supposed to be how someone with a Japanese accent would say "wife". It's most used with Japanese fictional characters, but sometimes people use the term elsewhere. There's also the term "husbando" which is the same thing applied to husband, though it's less used.

    *sorry forgot to mention* Basically, someone claims a favorite fictional character as their waifu or husbando because they find them attractive/cute/etc.

    But why do females use the term "waifu" instead of "husbando". Doesn't that seem a little... weird?

    I'm not sure at all, actually. Some might do it ironically, some might do it because they are attracted to females, some might just use the term because they really like a character. If they're calling MALE character their waifu's, then I just chalk it up to the fact that husbando isn't used nearly as often (or they're joking/being ironic, depending on the context).
