Uhh everytime I try to give Sword Art Online a chance,there are those characters that makes me hate the entire show...guess which character I'm referring to

Although he did develop throughout the series. At the start, he didn't really care about anyone, but he eventually opened up more to others.Also, while we're on the topic of SAO, have you ever seen Accel World? It's by the same author, although the main character's basically the exact opposite of Kirito.

As for Kirito,sure in this regard he developed but for God's sake HOW MANY TIMES THINGS GO HIS WAY AND GET EVERYTHING INCLUDING HIS OWN HAREM.

Dio Brando repliedIt's ok if you liked it,it's just that I hate those pseudo-perfect characters.I can't relate to a character like Kirito who hasn't been given any flaws or any sort of huge struggle in which he has to overcome and develop his character outside from fixing his introverted issues.I like to see my favorite characters struggle and prosper and learn from the events they had to go through

Dio Brando repliedLook I didn't say every character has to be badass,all I wanted from here is to be interesting and competent rather than just there because she's pretty....and she gets worse as the show progress,don't know if the second season would change my mind but overall the first season of SAO left a bitter taste in my mouth
