    This may sound like it'll make it worse but whenever my chest hurts I just lay on my stomach and apply pressure and it usually helps

    eh, that doesn't help. It's just that I have acid reflux and sometimes when I eat too much food, food bounces back up from my stomach through my esophagus, and then I puke. When I don't puke I get heartburn.
