    Kingdom Hearts Unchaned X (Although it's Union X [Cross]now) is a mobile game, based off it's predecessor X[Chi] (A Japan only browser game). UX tells the story that will lead to the Keyblade War.

    Oh come on Dio the next game will definitely be KH3....is what someone told me and then Union X got announced....and it has Ventus as a canonical character.IS THERE ANYMORE EVIDENCE THAT NOMURA IS JUST PADDING NOW?Can one KH fan tell me with a straight face that all that is necessary for KH3

    That depends on whether or not your definition of Union X is an actual game or just another remake.

    It's an expansion to the story so it might as well be even if it uses Unchained X as the base

     

    Still,is all of this necessary?Was having Ventus physically exist thousands of years before BBS to meet Skuld and Ephemer necessary?HE WASN'T EVEN BORN BACK THEN.And don't tell me time travel when his heart is inside Sora's (inb4 he time traveled hundreds of years when Xehanort split his heart before he found Sora's)

    His age was always a weird concept to think about. IIRC he spent a few years as Xehanort's apprentice before going to the LoD and he looked basically the same throughout. Maybe that was intentional.

    I just want to find whatever weed Nomura is smoking right now cuz....what story are we even trying to tell anymore?Now the microtransaction riddled game is even more canon which means people would need to play over 500 missions of nothing to get to relevant plot stuff

    Well you're a longtime fan like me with access to wiki summaries but what about newcomers?What about those who came back to the series after a long time?All of this would be absolutely confusing beyond belief for them.

     

    That,and why was chi exclusive to Japan?Unchained as far as I know doesn't have all the details from chi if it was this crucial

    Maybe it's just me, but I actually kinda find it hard to believe that certain people like that actually exist. If they do... well then, what level of causality are we talking here? I mean, if you're someone who played vanilia KH1 on the PS2 way back when and haven't touched it since, I think it's a more suitable move to try out COM or KHII first. xD

     

    From what I've come to understand, all the information from all the games has been documented on external sources...

    Same reason why COM was on the GBA and BBS was on the PSP, I guess.

    1\Why aren't such documentations in the games themselves,more specifically in the collections

    2\At least with the handheld games I pay once for those and that's it while Unchained Nickle and dimes the player into submission with pay to win stuff

    And 3\If this series was well-written we wouldn't have needed the internet to summarize and explain everything to us and rather get it from the games

    1. We had Back Cover come out recently, that counts.

    2. Those types of games are annoying yes, but at the end of the day, you have a choice on whether or not you pay for additional content.

    3. You misunderstand what I meant. I was speaking on the reasons why that information is documented as such, those reasons being because it either a) translated from a foreign-language based medium or b) because we use wikis as a hotbed for all the collected information we can get from various sources.

    I booted up my Level 1 Critical Mode Ventus file a few days ago, and I remembered that I had the strategy of doing the Command Board to obtain those powerful commands to give me the edge on the early game. I already have Ragnarok and I plan on getting Thunder Roll and/or Thunder Surge. I just need to figure out what to do to get Second Chance and Once More...

    Also iirc Thunder Roll has less invincibility frames than normal Dodge Roll, which is probably something you'd want at LV1. Thunder Surge is just as OP as always tho lol

    Yeah, and having Ragnarok with its intense power and long invincibility time is really helpful too. Once I get further in the story and get more bonus stats, I might go back to the Mirage Arena to knock out some Arena Battles. I will also need tons of the Hastes.

    I just did 3 pulls from KHUx...I have the worst luck. I was feeling lucky when I had those 9450 jewels....and now I only have 450 jewels, 28 junk medals and 2 'okay' medals. I WANT THAT ILLUSTRATED KHII KAIRI DAMMIT T_T....#KHUxF2Pproblems

    Well I mean, atleast you got a boosted Iago. I have NEVER pulled a boosted medal before sigh. Only good thing I got is Keyart 1 but it's not even that great when not guilted.

    I thought with this game you get jewels for to get medals and the jewels are got through various stuff such as missions??
