As of this point, Aqua doesn't have her armor or her Keyblade. They are still in Ansem's Castle

there are alot of things that don't happen in this game

like the dance off to save the universe

If we look too close at KH3's plot we'd see a bunch of holes that'll make you wonder how it's still standing
