Ehh, from what I played of the beta the stuff you use irl money on is just skins for the characters and that does nothing other than pure style. All items that's important you have to play the game for.

This is nothing like loot boxes because it doesn't affect the story or play style, just cosmetics.

it's for easy leveling your other jobs

but with the new game+ they added recently maybe it's not really useful anymore

Mostly there's getting the Mounts for going all the way up to the bottom

NG+ is entirely for experiencing the story again without having to make a new character. It gives no rewards of any kind. @Noleen#7811
