Namine and Roxas knew each other for five minutes- Roxas and Xion, on the other hand, for their whole lives. Most people just like Namixas for its 'cuteness'. Just my two cents.

But if you read the Ansem report in kh2, you will see that namine is not only kairi's, but also sora's nobody, seeing that in kh1 Kiari transfered her heart to sora when they were in the cave, so technically, at the point, she did not lose her heart, but when sora's heart along with kiari's is released, it is out for a few seconds, coming out of sora, and returning to kiair, thus making namine, sora and kiari's nobody, which is why you can't do the Roxas - x = Roas + mix words = Sora thing with it. But yeah. I think It should be Roxas and Namine, and Riku with Xion.
