coz I do, I mean like where does the idea came from? Story-wise? those were Sora's keyblade combined in an awkward way lol. I wish it was a new Keyblade entirely.

 

it could split you in half before touching you though, so I wouldn't call it ugly. It's a winner.

Yeah, not so big on it myself. I designed a Keyblade that would make a better X-blade years ago, but I don't remember where I put it...

I don't mind it really. I like the coloring. It's not the prettiest keyblade, but not the ugliest either.

The X-Blade could've been better. It has conflicting colors and odd design. But maybe they'll change it later on?

I think they could have fused two keyblades together in a much better looking way.

tutti frutti. When I first saw the X-Blade I was puzzled on how to hold it. Though I believe someone had a picture of it before I played the game, but I forget altogether where I first saw the picture. At first I thought the wielder would hold it at the base of one of the Kingdom Keys over the sides. Much like what Lizzie and Zen had stated, I would still imagine that it would be hard to wield, espcecailly with the sides poking your arm like nobody's business.

When I first saw it when I was playing BBS, I thought "What a BIG keyblade" but then I had a another thought on it. The X-Blade kinda reminds me of two keys opening a door (the spikes on the side representing shards of light/the blade itself looking like opening a door), similar to how Sora's and Mickey's keyblades were used to close the door to kingdom hearts in the first game. Both of those keyblades were used to close a door and two keyblades are displayed on the X-blade, so maybe a connection? lol irrevalant but I think I made a threory

But I was also puzzled on how they would weild it. SO big! But it's the only keyblade that actually looks like a sword so I'd like to see someone's insides being ripped out by it. DARKNESS COME FORTH AND ENGULF SORA!! MUAHAHAHAAHA

and btw that isnt soras OWN keyblade. Its keyblade of Realm of light. it kinda makes sense why they are in it.

I honestly thought it was pretty epic. And then, you gotta consider: Why does Sora have the same keyblade as the one on the X-blade, huh? I'm sure it has other story connections as well.

I agree when I heard Xehanort talking about it I was like WOW that will look awesome. But then when I saw it I was all like what is that it, it just look's like two of Sora's keyblades stuck together with a pointy thing...?........ I think it is a bad design of a keyblade......... Ultimate weapon looks cooler

I guess, it´s all about symbolism. So it must look like Sora´s... kinda.

I am interested in why Mickey´s looks like it, too.

Any kind weapon needs the right amount of speed, strength, agility and comfort.

Yeah but thats just a test on the skill of the weilder a good warrior can take any disadvantage and make it a strength before his opponent even realizes its a weakness also the X-blade gives it's weilder augmented strength and agility so i don't really se the problem with it being big
