I've never been able to use Final Form or Limit Form, so I'm going with Wisdom Form.

Limit Form is my favorite. I love how they took the KH1 desgin and applied it too the KH2 cloths which also resulted with the form having more than one color in its design unlike the other forms. The limits are awesome to use and they also restores you're health whenever you succesfully hit someone. Because of this the form is also very helpful. And lastly, you don't need Donald nor Goofy to use this form which allows you to use the form whenever you want to (as long as you have the right amout of drive of course).

Final. Final Form makes even Chuck Norris look like a noob.

Anti-form... Mainly because it was depending on the sitiuation and that the 1st time when i got the anti-form i was like "wtf?" and the most unlucky part was that i got it against Xaldin, so i was screwed over... Still just that feeling of randomly getting it and that it is the opposite of all the other forms is in my opinion amazing

Wisdom and Merman. I liked how Wisdom had a slick feel to it and encouraged ranged attacks. Valor was dual Roxas under a different name, master form was hideous and a gimped version of Final Form. Final Form was cool, but made everything a joke, and Limit form was made useless for anything besides emergency HP once you finished leveling it, not to say those other forms didn't have their merits..
