What did you think of the English trailer of KH3D?

 

Really nice, can't wait for this game!!!

It was really nice, very amazing, and Sora's voice sounded slightly different.

If it had English gameplay it would've been perfect.

I like it its really good, the thing is that it just dosen't look like the words matched up with the words being said and and some of the words they say kinda made me laugh and just what was said, I mean I liked the first part of the trailer with Sora and Young Xehanort to me that seemed more better than how the translation of the Jap trailer was but I still liked them both, and I was a little bit mad that the gameplay part was in Jap but oh well just have to wait untill we get the game to see the nice gamplay in english

Sora sounded very, very different... and not necessarily a good different either. Other than that, they could have at least put in some english gameplay

It was alright: it should have had english gameplay, not so weird voices, and lower volume so that I could hear every line of dialogue

Not at all! lol Liam O'Brian's voice is very deep and gruff, while YMX's voice was very sophisticated and not at all deep. Besides, they already confirmed that David Gallagher is playing Young Master Xehanort. Although, i will say that, to me, it doesn't sound like David. I'm usually pretty good at picking out voice actors, though. Not to sound arrogant.

compared to his JP voice counterpart, he has a lot more softer voice in US.

It was perfect besides the fact that it didn't show much of the TWEWY characters

Actually he kinda did sound like him to me, even though he dose talk more deeply when he voices video games I can still hint a little bit of him in Young Xehanort

what did i think? well when i saw roxas talking to axel, all i could see was Robin from Young Justice lol made the trailer even better HAHAHAHA

Young xehanort's voice is awesome, I think they could have made jousha's just a tiny bit lower.

That was awful. This game is now ruined by both music and voice. ;(

 

Why SE NA, why.

It was alright, but it wasn't without issues.

 

First, they did what they did with the BBS trailers, and took the lazy way out: they threw some English dubbing over a Japanese trailer and threw it online. They didn't even take the time to change the gameplay to English.

 

Second, the voice acting is, like in pretty much every game, very hit or miss. I am willing to admit that most of the voices always sound awful in the trailers, and turn out much better in game. However, my main concern was Sora. He sounded off, plain and simple. I almost thought it wasn't Haley voicing him anymore, but when I listened to Vanitas, it was definitely him back for that role. which would mean he's voicing Sora as well. Josh was a little 'meh' but other than that, the cast was solid, especially Riku and Young Xehanort (though to be honest, I figured Young Xehanort would sound... young).

 

Other than that, it was good enough. I was surprised that they chose THIS trailer out of all of them to be the English announcement trailer, but whatever.
