Do you guys still play PS2 games?

Posted

Hey guys.

I was wondering... I love the ps3, but I cannot stay away from my old games, like Dynasty Warriors, Arc the Lad, KH, and others....

Do you still play your ps2 games, or have you completely abandoned them?

I dunno why, maybe because it's connected to my childhood, so I can't stay without them :/

The only ps2 games I still play are Ultimate Spider-Man and SMT: Persona 4. I would never completely abandon them

Of course! Other then the Wii it is the only non-handheld system I own. Not to mention I love the games.

I'll use the console every once in a while, but I usually play God of War and Persona 3 FES on my PS3 now.

I only use my PS2 for Kingdom hearts. Kind of awaste of a good system, I know.

I play it from time to time, not a great deal though. If I do it's to play either KH1 or 2, Star Wars Battlefront II or Simpsons Hit & Run. I have a bunch of other games but since I got my ps3 they have rarely been touched.

Since the first Kingdom Hearts game and Kingdom Hearts II (as well as re:Chain of Memories) are PS2 games, I do play it somewhat often. They are all great games, I also enjoyed the game Rogue Galaxy by Level 5.

However, I am seriously hoping for HD remixes of the Kingdom Hearts games for PS3. I believe Nomura himself said that he was doing research on it!

I still play PS2

I just bought some PS2 games from GameStop so yes I still play PS2, also I dont have a PS3.

Of course. I still want to play Final Fantasy X, X-2 and XII along with Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts II, Sonic Heroes, Sonic Mega Collection Plus and a heap of other fun games.

The only time I use my ps2 is to play basketball or football games, and of course, Kingdom Hearts.

PS2 psh I still play psone! haha good ole Spyro & Crash. But I still play my old Final Fantasies the odd time too & I don't just mean the psone ones, PS2 too! Oh and Ratchet & Clank and Kingdom Hearts! I could list so many! haha

I still play PS2 for games like Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, Dark Cloud and even Spiderman 2.

same. all the ps2 games i have are from japan ( including the kh final mixes :D) but yeah i still play mine

I still do

Can PS2 games not be played on the PS3? Why are so many people playing PS2 games on the PS2?

Only the 1st gen PS3 can play PS2 games. So most people probably have one of the PS3s that can't.

Kingdom Hearts 2 FM, I still play it lol :) I still have a lot to do with it.. =/

My controller for my PS2 didn't work, so I moved to playing my PS2 games on my PS3, then my PS3 stopped working, so I had to got a refurbed PS3 from Sony, then that refurbed stopped working, so I had to buy a slim.

DAMN NEXT GENS!

I bearly got a PS2 this year , I love to play Kingdom Hearts on it. Maybe next i will try a Final Fantasy game.
