That's the process. You have to play a game to fall in love with it. Not just a demo playable in less than 10 minutes. I got into the series by picking up KH 3582Days, and now I've got the entire collection! Not everyone finds it easy to fall in love with a game by playing a few-minute demo(pretty surprising though, considering this is KH)

What bothers me is his attack on the action RPG genre in its entirety

You have to be REALLY full of yourself to think you can judge an entire genre like that.

Also, I like how he indirectly said that Zelda of all things has a better combat system than KH...

I agree I mean I beat all zedas and played the hell out of them but kingdom hearts just has the superior combat system its fast and even though you can mash you have to block dodge etc

I really don't like this article, not just cuz of the hate for KH, it's that he said Monster Hunter is a more original idea combat-wise than KH. WTF? So many other games are super similar to MH.
