I've already said that Vexen in Re:COM was a pain in the ass for me, BUT so was Xigbar in KH2. Seriously, I tried liked 10 times, found out I forgot to complete Pride Lands, came back, and managed to survive that OP as hell attack he does when he fires off multiple shots form his rifile and they go EVERYWHERE (Why I kept failing). Maybe reflect? idk All I remembered about that battle was take this betch out so I can move on. But no he had to come back in BBS and I'm assuming from the trailer 3D as well.

Thank you for your answers. Hopefully, I'll be able to get through Xigbar easily next time I pick up a copy of KH2....or maybe when the HD version comes out......or the remake.....depends.

I run around in a circle until he stops shooting then i attack. The only organization members that have beaten me in KH2 are Xaldin, Xigbar, Xemnas, and Saix...

Map reflega to a shortcut. Spam it. Laugh maniacally

Try pressing the triangle button at the right times. Then wait till he stops and run to him and smash x.

That was hell for me too, he was the worst boss for me actually. Besides Xaldin, anyway. I beat Xaldin first try on both the times I've completed the game, but that was only thanks to Mickey rescuing me God knows how many times.

 

But on the second run-through, I found 3 ways to survive his attack:

• Block, but this doesn't work as well as you'd hope.

• Run circles around him. If you're lucky you'll miss all of the shots, if you're not so lucky you'll get caught up in them at some point.

• Change into one of Sora's forms. This auto-heals you straight away and is pretty useful if you're about to die.

 

I hated his battle in KH2 only like 1% more than the BBS one. That wasn't much better. x_x

This is the trick, blocking or reflecting wont last the whole volley, I was after fighting him yesterday forgot how hard he was!

Yeah, just run and hope you don't get caught up on Donald and Goofy. That's all you can do.

xigbar is cakewalk like all other members, or maybe im just too good

Lol the first time i fought him i was like ready to press the x and he shot lol. The secret is blocking and something i did, i healed when he was doing the really strong attack so i could avoid them.

 

Dodge, block and heal. The most important things for KH fights

Finished him yesterday in critical lvl 1,really hard!

 

I block his attacks,and some times,run to him.

Reflect is really good too

When he use his attack that he say (take this!),go to him and reflect,the attack will be stopped.

When he uses his power and the platform becases square,avoid his attacks,and when the attacks came to you,run at the platform.

I just did a limit(with goofy)

when he shooted a lot of balls ,so I didn't took damage because when you in limit you cant take damage.

i did that once,i was very proud,although it was Terras goldfish,HOW DID THAT THING SURVIVE SO LONG

Xigbar/Braig somehow managed to out-douche his KH2-self in BBS, and then somehow managed to out-douche his BBS-self in DDD.

If you hate the normal fight.... Then OMFG try his data he is MUCH faster and at level 1 a NIGHTMARE!
