What do you know or what do you think, would you play it?

Don't think so, hope not, and probably not.

I hope it's real, & I would play it if it were on Xbox 360.

What would you like to see storyline, bosses?

Nomura said he had no intention of making it as of now. And KH3 is the next game so I doubt they'll go back and make it after the Xehenort Saga is finished.

BBS vol. 2 is not a game. As far as we can tell, there will be no sequel to BBS, and since KHIII is supposed to be the next game coming out, ending the Xehanort Saga, it seems such a game will not be made.

I don't think it is real but I think if it was it would probably follow the last mystery plotline: just what the hell King Mickey has been doing throughout the games when he's not with you.

I think it's funny that we're saying that KHIII is going to be the next game to come out with certainty. :P You'd think we'd have learned not to be so certain:P

It's practically been directly stated billions of times.

Hmm, I have some doubts if it's real... Nomura should do some interview talking about it, instead of leaving a random ''volume 2'' in BBS's secret ending.

However, i really hope it's real.

By the way, no way it will be for 360.

Not even practically. It HAS been directly stated. In game and out of game by Nomura and his development team.

It WAS Real. Nomura said it in an Interview couple of month ago o: BbS Volume 2 can not fit in the Xehanort saga anymore, so they had to cancelled it ~ Maybe they're gonna make it after the Xehanort-Saga, but it's not clear. There was also a "Mysterious KH" (Nomura called it this) which got ALSO cancelled, but cancelled for REAL... He said, this mysterious game will never see the Light of the Day q.q

Has it been announced? No. So is it real? No. Not anymore anyway.

Actually, Nomura mentioned stuff about BbSV2 in the KH:3D Ultimania. Though he had stuff planned for it (and may have even worked on it some), it seems to be cancelled at the moment. Here's the exact quote:

-- Is BbS Volume 2 = BbS2?

Nomura: I used "A Fragmentary Passage" without regard to its context. What I mean is, there's a story for Volume Two, without using that scene. I can't say there isn't a possibility of making it, but there are no plans for it right now.

@VanitasTheBeast I always thought BbSV2 WAS the mystery game, but what do I know? You never know with Nomura. And sometimes it did seem like he was hinting at two mystery games... Whatever.

And I'm still not getting my hopes up that the next game is III. Just sayin'. We all thought the game after BbS' release would be III, but then 3D was announced instead. Until I hear an official announcement, I'm going to assume the, "We can't work on III 'til Versus is done," thing is still true.

Oh, really? Thanks for the info, pal!

Well, anyway, if there's going to be something BBS2-wy like after Xehanort's saga, great... But now, i'm really, really curious about the mysterious KH, which i have heard about before... I really wish to read people's mind now, just so i could dive deep into Nomura's mind.

Wah, now this was a deep phrase.

A lot of the teasers until recently were at least partially ideas floating around the production team's heads at the time, the stinger at the end of the first game's original release in particular. It's still possible that they could release V2 as a spin-off after the fact, but the information floating around tells me not to hold my breath.

I don't think they were hinting at a game so much as future concepts. Perhaps they were thinking of a game, but ended up scrapping it, idk. The title Birth By Sleep refers to how everyone is sleeping in Sora's heart will one day be reborn, so BBS volume two could be refering to the fact that there will, in fact, be Births by Sleep happening in the future, as none actually occured within the game. Plus, several things in the ending were hinted at in KH3d, most notably Xemnas becoming Ansem and then becoming Xehanort. Then of course there was Ansem putting the data in Sora--that was in DDD as well.

Mickey's time in the realm of darkness as well as his appearance in Traverse Town have been touched on, but not thoroughly discussed; I think this could be something saved for Kh3, though. Same with Aqua's story--its likely she hasn't really been doing anything but slaying heartless and surviving, although it has been implied she and Mickey met. Seeing as Aqua hasn't been saved from the realm of darkness yet, and she's referred to at the end of DDD as the light within the darkness, whatever her story is can probably be told in kh3 as well. Riku's darkness was something he further had to deal with during DDD, there's probably no real story there. I don't even know why they showed Donald and Goofy in traverse town, although they had that in DDD also. Kairi couldn't have been to the mansion and Twilight Town yet, and she's going to be trained now, so that will probably happen in the kh3, either to implement the data that Ansem has given them or possibly some way to save Namine or at least connect with her. Riku watching Xion and Roxas, we already knew that went on...and yeah, the Xehanort thing has been explained. I think that's everything^^

Of course, unless something Aqua finds in the realm of darkness points towards something past the Xehanort saga...

Highly doubt it's real. Because it'll be hard to create a gameplay for Aqua in the RoD, you know? I mean, how are they going to make her travel in it? I mean, she's going by foot? That doesn't sound like KH. Also, there are going to be worlds inside the RoD? Because that's another key aspect to make a KH game. And about the plot, what were they going to come up now? They'd have to make more connections with Xehanort's past, and I can't think of anything about it... Not revelant by the way...

There is no khbbs vol.2

I seen a topic talking about it, so no vol. 2

the way nomura stated it, hints at a possible manga story instead of a game
