So, someone's probably pointed this out by now, but I so think that's Shiki. If you cover up some of her hair with your hand, it looks like Shiki's haircut at the end of TWEWY. Her hair's a bit lighter now, but there are still some dark parts to it...

I don't think the hair's blond, though. It just seems a bit lighter like Sora's hair became. And she could have dyed her hair; you never know. And how do you know what Shiki's eye color is? They never showed the top of her face, unless I'm missing something...

She could be the daughter of Neku and Shiki or maybe even Beat/Joshua and Shiki (cause of the hair color, im saying). She could possibly be Rhyme's daughter and stayed close with Shiki and gave Mr. Mew as a present. It's also possible that Shiki actually took Eri's advice and is making stuffed animals and maybe Mr. Mew was very popular and this girl bought one.

I personally think its a redesign of Shiki, in her original body. Her hair doesent seem to be blonde to me. And plus... MR. FUKKEN MEW.

 

Real Shiki from the first game was obviously not designed to become a main character in a sequel or something (she was quite boring to look at)

 

I think this is a revamp of Real Shiki's look, so that she can be a more appealing main character... At least i hope so.

I think that girl is Shiki in her life after the Reapers' Game is finished. Perhaps she's wearing the headphones to help her remember Neku.
