Monty Oum, the creator of Dead Fantasy is creating a new show, called RWBY {Red White Black Yellow} so far, there is a trailer which showcase what I believe is Red, a girl based off of Little Red Riding hood. It's incredibly badass, and the soundtrack so far sounds amazing!

I was on the same exact boat as you, I've heard about the series for a while. I just never felt like watching the trailers until a few weeks ago, and I got hooked on. And now here I am drawing art of them.

i actually went to RTX. I didnt want to spoil anything.

okay so today was just a normal day on kh13, y'know post a litttle here, post a little there, then i started seeing these 4 letters all over the place RWBY, and i brushed it off, then i kept seeing them, so i typed up RWBY trailer  on youtube, sure it was a series or a game and i found the Red trailer. I watched and watched my with my jaw on the floor the whole time and i was like "woah", so then i checked out the "White" trailer and as soon the girl hit the stage i was like "OMG it's Weiss from kh13" (I pieced together that KH13 weiss was based off of RWBY Weiss) The trailer was epic, i watched the "Black" trailer, with my jaw once again hitting the ground. Then i watched the "Yellow" trailer and i was like "OMG it's Yang From KH13" (i had the whole weiss thing over again)the trailer was awesome and i sat there and thought to myself....I am totally a fan of RWBY

Rooster Teeth is awesome. I love them. They always do phenomenal work. Check out their 11 season-long series made with Halo characters (Nothing to do with Halo's story, they just use their games to machinmate). It's honestly really funny, but kinda has a short start. If you're interested it's called "Red vs. Blue", but many people call it RvB.

I watched the first episode a couple of hours ago. The voice-acting, animation, characters, and story seems to be top-notch. I hope this becomes a popular series like red vs. blue. Monty Oum sure knows how to make a kick-ass fight scene, haha.

I was kind of hoping it would be darker than it turned out to be.  The bubbly music, slightly cliche interaction between Ruby and Yang, and the basic plot made me go, "Man! This is just another 'We're going to school to become Wizards/Hunters/Vampires/Some other supernatural hero!'"  I'll still watch it if I remember, but it's a real turn-off to me.

 

Well, it is just the first episode, which was only eleven minutes. To each their own, I suppose.

Which is why I'm still going to keep watching it.  I'm just wary about the tone it's starting with.

I saw the trailers and I like it, not really interested enough to be a dedicated follower, but its animation is pretty and it seems cool

so worth it. and episode 2? yup, i never expected weiss to be so mean.... ( Im online with my ps3 so i cant quote your guys messages. hope u see this)

Blake Theory

So is anyone else thinking that Blake and Adam are creatures of Grimm? Or at least Blake is half human and half beast?

That honestly doesn't sound like a bad theory at all, Mounty did say something about her eyes so it could relate to that in some way.
