Say that the next Dissidia was more like the classic FF RPG, in which you still had to fight Chaos and a plethora of villains, but you did so with a party in a turn based environment. Now let's also say that your party consists of four people, BUT you get to choose who makes up that party from your choice of any party member that has ever graced one of the main numbered FF titles, from the main protaganists to the supporting cast. Who would you entrust into your party to take on all the villains and save the land?

For me, I'd take Cecil (decent offense plus healing capabilities), Lady Ashe (a good mix of white and black magic strengths, not to mention she holds her own in melee), Zidane (a thief with heavy hitting attacks? Brilliant), and Sabin (Blitz! Blitz! Blitz!)

Loud jams, Lots of beer because beer is cool, and if your drink it your cool. drugs, snacks for when people get hungry. lots of sweet decorations. and various other things that are at a party.

four white mages

It'll never work. >:}

Bacon, Bacon, Bacon, Pancakes. You will have the ultimate team, trust me xD

Okay, I'm cheating a bit with this because I can't decide, but:

Either Cloud, Terra, or Celes for having a strong physical and magic combo;

Yuna or Garnet, for being healers/buffers with heavy-hitting attacks;

Steiner or Auron, for being the tanks and physical powerhouses (And Terra/Celes/maybe Cloud could do his Magic Sword thingy)

And Zidane or Locke, just for speed and decent attack.

(I was going by their original games, not Dissidia, btw.)

A buddy of mine was doing that on JTV a while back. He never finished it T_T

Hmmm... it really is hard to pick because I'm too sentimental.

I think I really would, honestly, just go along with my first four warriors of light from the first game. :)

Cloud, Bartz, Cecil, Lightning (XIII-2)

Most OP team ever, right there

Kain Highwind, Rosa, Onion Knight/Luneth, Golbez, Bartz

5 people WTH IS YOUR PROBLEM? DIUAJUQHBQo. It's Final Fantasy IV, for those wondering. I know 3/5 are from IV but whatever, they're awesome. (Yes, Golbez is playable, but only in After Years)

Terra- Black Mage/ Fighter

Sabin- Blitz

Kain Highwind- Attacking

Rikku- Stealing items and her overdrive

FF 1 White Mage- Healing

It'll never work. >:}

>White Mages

>Holy

>R.I.P. the world

Also, I would use everyone from every game in the party. Because, firetruck the Arbitrary Headcount Limit.

Balthier, Sazh, and Barret

All of them keep their distance and strategize when fighting. And Barret is able to equip the Cure materia, so no need for a white mage.

Hmm.. Bartz to do his thing in life, Terra to spam magic, Snow to stand in one spot and block everything, Zidane for stealing stuff and doing heavy damage. Seems good to me

I could easily build my party of solely FF6 characters, but I'll try to balance it out:

Celes from VI for her powerful magic (offensive and healing)

Cloud from VII for offense (unless I could put Zack here instead?)

Locke from VI for someone to look cool (nah, I'd put his valiant knife to work!)

Tifa from VII for offense (plus I'd equip a cure to her, too, just in case anything happened to party member #1)

Cloud, Cecil, Onion knight, Auron or 4 Onion knights

Sora, Riku, Roxas, & Mickey

Barret's magic stat sucks though. (Also, Baltheir can cast cure magic, and Sazh can use the Medic paradigm, so....)

Alternatively, curaga cast on zombies...

Sephiroth by himself. Plus, technically he was a temp party member in FFVII. But for four:

Cloud: Just magic and heavy attacks.

Kain: Jump (so he can't be hit sometimes; how I barely survived the final boss in FFIV).

Minwu: Need a good White mage.

Hope: Can adapt to a lot due to paradigms.

But Sephiroth by himself. Seriously.
