Versus, the game all Kingdom Hearts fans want released so that way Square can finally work on KH3. However, it was confrimed that it will not be shown at the Jump Festa this year. So that means that we either have to wait until E3 for an announcement, or the next Tokyo Game Show. But my question is, why is it taking so long? This game was announced back in 2006 at the E3 in North America, but has yet to be given anymore information on it. Truthfully, I think Square isn't putting as much effort towards it because they are preoccupying themselves with other games that are already selling, like Final Fantasy 13. And I doubt that we will get an announement for it at the next E3, because they will probably want to give Japan more info about it since it will be coming out there first. So what do you guys think?

Yeah, that was a rumor. I honesly also am looking foward to Versus, it looks good. Butyeah, kh 3 all the way.

I want Versus 13!  It looks (and sounds) like such a great game.  I've heard that Square Enix considered changing the title to Final Fantasy XV, but it hasn't really been confirmed either way, to my knowledge.

 

I really don't see why they haven't been able to release this game.  I mean, they've proven that it's far in development already; it couldn't need much more to complete it.  It seems as though they're either having second thoughts on the game entirely, or they've encountered a hangup and are trying to work through it.

 

Either way, I wish Square Enix would get on with the picture here.  They have a couple games they owe us!

Just a demo. Nothing more.

However, with SE releasing more and more information and news regarding the future of Agni's Philosophy, I'm starting to doubt that.

Versus hasn't been released because SE has horrible management. Think about it, if SE had proper management, FFXIII wouldn't have turned out to be a mess (w/ all those late player testings and staff departing), Type-0 and Versus could have been released, and at the very least KH3 and a sequel to XIII would come right along.

I've heard SE say stuff like 'The closer a game is to its release date, the more updates and news it will receive'. Also, SE isn't interested in releasing news for Versus, mainly because it proves to overshadow other games recently announced or nearing their release date, such as LR:XIII.

That's probably why we're not hearing from Versus much.

That is a pretty good question i mean what gives they annouced this gameback in 06 they already made a sequel to that pathetic excuse of a ff game (Final Fail XIII) and now they want to complete the trilogy atleast they releasing KHHD
