Have you ever wondered what early concept Square was going to use for Donald and Goofy back when the first KH game was in developement? Well, I just found this and I thought it'd be interesting to share. here's how Donald and Goofy were going to look originally. I have to admit, i like Goofy';s amor. it looks better than the final design they gave him. he actually looks more like a knight imo

I actually prefer their original design than their final design. Especially Goofy, he actually DOES look like a knight.

Since he's also the director he probably only designed the OC's, re-used previous designs for the FF characters and had someone else do the designs for the Disney character's costumes. 

Hey while we're on the subject of character designs, did you all know that Vincent was supposed to appear in Olympus Colosseum instead of Cloud but Nomura felt he'd be "too scary" for the target audience and that's why Cloud is wearing Vincent's clothes? I've said this before but I still find it interesting.

they should not have changed Donald's design. Don't know about goofy though

Neither of them is suitable . In my opinion they should have Donald and Goofy with their everyday life clothes . This knight and mage thing is not really good .

That should be there new outfit for KH3 in my opinion.
