Hi guys, I've liked alot of Wii games but not sure if it is worth to buy the Wii for it.Here are the games:- Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles Crystal Bearers- Dragon Ball: Revenge of King Piccolo

- Naruto Shippuden: Dragon Blade Chronicles- Super Mario Galaxy 2

- Mario Kart

- Resident Evil The Umbrella Chronicles

- Resident Evil The Darkside Chronicles

So is it worth to buy the Wii just for these games?

Let's say that Mario Kart and Super Mario Galaxy are just optional that I might buy if I had a Wii.

I can guarantee you'll love Mario Kart and Galaxy 2. But I think you should get a Wii U since it's fully backwards compatible with the Wii.

Definitely worth it. Mario Kart is pretty addicting :P

You might as well get a Wii U at this point, play Wii games AND Wii U games. Unless your like me, who has to play a game on it's original console xD

Naruto: Dragon Chronicles suck!!! Trust me, its probably the worst Naruto game released, and get the Wii U, that way you'll be able to play those games and get any of the new games for the Wii U that pique your interest!!!

Also Xenoblade chronicles, the last story, Zelda Skyward sword, etc.

If you think there's any Wii U games you'd like to play you should save up for that since you can play both, if you know you only want Wii games then go ahead and get a Wii since they're pretty cheap now

There are 7 games here, so your not wasting your money, and the Wii is a low price since the Wii U is out.  I say go for it.

That's a pretty good number of titles you're wanting to get.  Even if you bought only those games I'd think the Wii would be worth it. :)  Heck, I bought the PS3 for three games alone, haha.

I believe I bought my ps3 for FFXIII but I can't remember lol xD

wii u would be a much better deal. And don't forget about games like: the last story, Xenoblade chronicles (if you can find it, it's very rare) and soon to release pandora's tower. All AMAZING games.

Out of all the games on the list I've only played Mario Kart, and it's pretty fun :D A Wii U might be good to get so you can play Wii U games and Wii games. The Wii is a pretty good console, I would say go for it, especially with that list of games you're wanting to play.

Also if you do get a Wii I would recommend getting Super Smash Bros Brawl, and Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword so yeah :)

I recommend Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Mario Kart. I have both games for the Wii and they are by far the best games I've had. Well, the Wii is the only TV Console I owned. Played countless hours of Mario Kart. And the nice thing is you can play with 1-4 people. I think the Online Feature is very neat too where you can play online though some people love to cheat. Despite that, I'm beyond satisfied Mario Kart and good attempted on the Multiplayer mode.

A recommendation is to get Pokemon Battle Revolution if you own a DS and Pokemon Pearl or Diamond. You can play and interact with the Wii and the DS. Not sure if it works with Platinum.

yes definetly is worth it especialy with the mario games and all i dont think other game systems have mario games etc. (:

I would save up and get a WII U systems tend to have price drops and sales near summer due to summer breaks; WII is a nice console to have due to its elements of game play and judging by your list a gamer who likes unique gaming or the fun gaming such as Mario I would get one very good for fun addicting games.

Yes, it is very much worth it to buy a Wii. Of course, for those games in particular, you'd have to see whether they are good or not. For that, you go to my good old friend, Metacritic.

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Chronicles has a score of 66. Maybe worth it.

Dragon Ball: Revenge of King Piccolo has a score of 65. Maybe worth it.

Naruto Shippuden: Dragon Blade Chronicles has a score of 38. Not worth it.

Super Mario Galaxy 2 has a score of 97. VERY MUCH WORTH IT.

Mario Kart Wii has a score of 82. Worth it.

Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles has a score of 75. Probably worth it.

Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles has a score of 75. Probably worth it.

Make of these scores what you will, but the consensus seems to be that the games you've picked are good, with the exception of one. To get the most out of your Wii, you might want to check out this list of highest-scoring Wii games on Metacritic or NeoGAF's Wii Game Recommendations Thread, etc. etc. Personally, I'd tell you to also go for the first-party games on the system, which are undoubtedly the best, imo. Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Metroid Prime Trilogy, and Xenoblade Chronicles should be in every Wii owner's collection, though the latter two might be a bit tough to find.

edit: Also, if you don't mind spending an extra $170-$220, you could just buy a Wii U, which is fully compatible with all Wii games and accessories and should keep you future-proofed for all of Nintendo's next-gen games coming out in the next five years or so.

As for me - I buy Wii just for Legend of Zelda - Twilight Princess and then  Skyward Sword and never regret this :D. Well - now you should buy Wii U, I think.
