Okay, I lied.  The revelation in DDD that Nobodies could regrow hearts was shocking to me, but not for the reasons you're thinking.  I had always figured there was something beyond their claims about not having hearts, especially since Roxas, Xion, and Namine proved the concept was probably more complicated than what was stated.  However, I was shocked in the sense that the yaoi fangirls were right for a change, about their insistence the Organization did have hearts and I was all god damn it.  That was literally the second thought that went though my mind.  The first was, "About time they cleared it up."

I think it was when I found out that organixation's true goal wans't to get hearts for the members but to make them Xehanorts... And I thought it was so stupid and I actually complaned about it a lot. Now I'm okay with it though.

 

On the other hand, maybe time travelling was a something that I saw coming less than the Xehanort-thing. I haven't ever thought of time travelling in KH series (but I had thought that there was something more to Xemnas and the organixation), but it wasn't as big shock as Xehanorts. Maybe because it didn't annoy me.

Ansem was not really Ansem, but the Heartless of the true Ansem's apprentice: Xehanort.

Vanitas looked liked Sora.

When Xehanort possessed Terra, I instantly realized that the portrait in KH2 was Terra possessed by Xehanort, my jaw dropped. Idk how I didn't put it together sooner. I felt dumb.

Time travel blew my mind a bit, or at least the fact that it was actually all Ansem SoD's doing caught me off guard.

All kinds of shockers. Just another reason I love this series.

Oh yeah, and nobodies can regrow hearts.
