Are you excited to hear that Osaka is working on KH3 rather than Dev Team 1?

 

Im curious to hear everyones thoughts. I was expecting it to be made by Dev Team 1 since they have made the other console games. It makes me a little uneasy that Osaka is doing KH3 seeing as they did BBS and 3D. I like both games, i just hope they can create something on par with KH 1 and 2.

I love BBS and DDD. So I am pretty happy that Osaka is a part of it.

Probably Osaka is going to do a lot, but Dev Team One will pick up and fix anything they don't like. FFXV is pretty cool looking. Could be almost done.

 

Just gotta wait and see.

Im okay with it. they practically created the series up to this point. team 1 just built the foundation

I hope this becomes a thing.  Part of the delay for KH has been because of the other team being held up by FF.  I think KH deserves it's own development team and I would elect the Osaka team for the job

yeah hopefully dev team 1 can jump in towards the end once FFXV is complete, i just want them to do their best work for this, even if it takes more time

BbS is my favorite, despite 3D only topping CoM. I'm okay with them.

I'm not unnerved since I loved BBS (most favourite) and DDD, but I would have actually liked the teams to come together to make KH3.  The conclusion of the MX saga, created by both teams who worked on the console games and handheld games would have been nice.

I hated 3D, but BBS was awesome.  I'm just really concerned that KH3 will end up with too many elements from those games, as opposed to KH1 and KH2, which, to me, were the best of the series.

im alright with it just because BBB and DDD were great games to flow with KH but the reason i was waiting for KH3 really was because i wanted to see Dev Team 1 go back at the series that created. i alright with it just because we finally know that KH3 is on the way but kinda bumbed that its being made the the original crew

bbs was the most complex game in the franchise,so i believe osaka will gather all the mechanics from previous games and build a cool ui...

i just hope they will bring back forms(as in drive but they should change it)

I always loved BBS and KH2 about equally with 3D close behind. BBS with 3 storylines just made me so happy. KH2 was just epic. And 3D was so entertaining. I think Osaka will do well. I have no worries.

I think it should be fine. BbS(my favorite in the series) was an awesome game, so was 3D. All I want is for them to make something that tops KH1 and 2, big time.

People have their own opinion, it was Square Enix's choice, anyway, Nomura's team is too busy.

I felt a bit uneasy too, when I read of this, but now I think it's gonna be just good that it's this team. And I love BBS and there's a lot of things I like a lot in 3D, so I'm sure they'll do it well. And maybe it's more likely to the game to have commands (and maybe maybe melding...) now... I hope..

I felt a bit uneasy too, when I read of this, but now I think it's gonna be just good that it's this team. And I love BBS and there's a lot of things I like a lot in 3D, so I'm sure they'll do it well. And maybe it's more likely to the game to have commands (and maybe maybe melding...) now... I worry by having the Osaka team complete KH3, as opposed to Dev Team 1, we we loose something key to such an important game since I found the story line for KH3D flat despite its emotional plot and I found myself not caring about any of the worlds I passed through. Because of this decision, my excitement for the game has faded into nervousness and the only thing that could shake this feeling of uneasinessWould be if Dev. Team 1 took over or even looked over and polished the game once Osaka was through with it. Basically, I'm skeptical.

I'm also afraid of them missing details that were in the main games. Such as Drive Forms.

I loved Dream Drop Distance so much so I think it'll be a good job. Plus, with all the capacity the PS4 has, it'll be awesome to see what they can do.

I guess what I'm most disappointed about is the fact that Dev team 1 apparently has the best story writer so I slightly feel ripped off. But only time will tell and I bet it will all be fine since I really liked BbS a lot and it was probably my favorite game next to the original. But I really like the combat system of the original game so I hope that stays.

I'm just glad they came to their senses and didn't wait until Versus was done to begin developing it. They've already been working on it for three years, imagine if they started it a year from NOW...Screw that!

Didn't like Bbs, but 3D was done really well. I'm excited to see what the team is really capable of though.

I'd rather have the Osaka team over nothing.

If Nomura is overseeing everything, every step of the way, then I'm OK. My faith is with him.
