For good guys, I have a few favorites, but most undoubtedly my favorite good guy is Riku, since he's living proof that you can overcome your own darkness, no matter how dire the situation can be.  He faced so many ordeals and overcame them, and he's a very inspiring character.  And he's a badass in combat!  For Organization members, I have to say that my favorite is Marluxia, because I just love the sense of evil that he has, and the fact that he had a plan to overthrow the organization was pretty cool, and he has an epic scythe, he's the living incarnation of the Grim Reaper!  And last but not least, for bad guys, Xehanort is probably my favorite villain of all.  Not only did the bastard make an elaborate plan to duplicate himself in power and hide the real organization from our heroes, but he orchestrated everything like a master puppeteer.  He's truly a mastermind, and one hell of a villain!

good guy: sora, hes a strong protagonist and always holds up to his word, he has many of the qualities i possess so i can relate to him.

org member: axel, a friend forever, strong hearted with a mind of his own,

Villain: Xehanort, edgy villain with a good motiv but bad actions, not sure if he can really be called a bad guy but he is a villain, kind of like light yagami

Good Guy: Ventus. Despite Aqua and Terra's warnings to tell him to go home, he still went on his journey, kicking many butts of the unversed along the way, defeated his Darkness, and stopped Xehanort to a certain degree.

 

Org. XIII member: Axel. Just because he's badass like that.

 

Favorite Bad Guy: Master Xehanort. Just because of how he is.

Riku, Axel (narrowly), and Vanitas.

 

I really would like it if Vanitas had a bigger role in KHIII. Just...just more Vanitas. All the time. Kingdom Hearts Vanitas: Return of Vanitas. 

 

Seriously though, I'd like to see him and Riku face off.

My favorite main character is Sora, favorite Organization member is Vexen, and my favorite villain is Maleficent (who is noticeably absent from the options you provided).

Aqua is my favourite playable character but I feel it's only right to chose Sora.

Favourite org member is Axel and favourite enemy is Xemnas.

I voted for Riku, Roxas and Vanitas

Sora and Riku has good guys for sure! And Axel is the best Org. XIII character. And has for bad guys its close between Xemnas and Vanitas but Vanitas wins.

Riku, Zexion and Young Xehanort! YMX is soooooo cool!

 

Edit: I really like Hayner too! But he's not in the choices.
