even if your emulator is good.. the graphics and textures wont look that detailed.. only looked more pixalated.

Fake.  There's too much aliasing for that to be HD.  Definitely PSP emulator image.

Though, Kingdom Hearts 2.5 is very likely despite it not being announced officially yet. 

Gotta love all the unofficial terms & names.

That's true, but it could still just be a render of Ventus layered over a screenshot of Radiant gardned it isn't proven until it's announced. Always be slow to believe rumors or you'll learn the hard way. Just out of curiosity where did you stumble upon this screenshot?

The pictures link say's HD remaster by someone on Deviantart, I don't think the first is an actual remaster.  It doesn't look smooth enough to me, the edges on his hair and nose are pixelated.  

 

KH 2.5 is pretty inevitable, most likely will be released next year in March for Japan and Autumn for not-Japan.  There's no sense in announcing it now 'cause by the time it comes out excitement will have died down and the sales won't be as high as they would if it's announced closer to it's actual release.  Rumors have been circulating since 1.5 was announced that there'd be a 2.5, I wouldn't take this site as official right now.

I am sure we will get an official announcement later this year, they will announce it at some expo, release it in March for Japan, and we will get in mid to late 2014 and the cycle will continue.

Pretty much hinting at 2.5 because I don't believe he'd release JUST II by itself. I mean, he could, but people hardly do that. Look at the MGS HD collection. It was with MGS 1-3. But, he, again. could just release II.
