So, when you want to watch a playthrough of a game online do you like to watch a Let's Play of that said game or a walkthrough of it? And before anyone says anything yes there's a difference between a walkthrough and a Let's Play.

Yes I like to watch Let's Plays, as I make them myself, because I like to hear what the person is saying when they are playing the game makes it more entertaining

Lets Plays with funny commentary. But, i like walkthroughs too, as they show how to 100% the game. But i prefer Lets Plays.

Let's Plays. It's pretty much the same as a walkthrough (The main difference being commentary, and that walkthroughs are how to lay the game, while LPs go through based on the Player's decisions.)

 

I like Let's Plays because it adds usually funny commentary, to make a 10-30 minute video even better.

I like walk-through with out commentary

I go for Let's Plays, though the Let's Plays I watch are 100% (so basically a complete walk through), I watch a Let's Play of Games I can't have (since I don't have the console and most likely will never get it) and wouldn't bother with a walk through for ones I do have.  I personally watch Chuggaaconroy and Full Grown Gaming's channels.  

Walkthroughs.  I come for the game, not peoples' (often annoying) comments on the game.  If they need specific things to say, that's what descriptions and video annotations are for.  Commentary is distracting to me.

Nah, I'd rather just play the game myself than watch someone else play it

I prefer walkthroughs. I like to pay full attention to the game itself. 

I like LPs, but I don't like it when the person commentates over cutscenes.  That annoys me.  I think I would like walkthroughs more if most of them weren't 100%.  I don't care what every single person on the map says when you talk to them

When RoosterTeeth does it, I love Let's Plays.

Let's play's to have fun watching the games story walkthroughs for 100% 

Let's Plays for me. Usually walkthroughs are like 100%, but they're often silent. 

Most of the time I watch Chuggaaconroy's let's plays, so yeah he does 100% and talks through the game o3o....

silence makes me uncomfortable

I don't really see the point of watching someone play a game if they don't talk or something......

I like Lets Plays better. It gets boring just watching the game and not listening to anything except the music in the background or the voice acting. I like Lets Plays where people don't talk over cutscenes, but sometimes it's an exception.

I prefer walkthroughs. Most of the people in LP's think they are funny but I find it obnoxious. Or they get way too excited. I just wanna watch the game haha
