not 100% but 99% =P. Nomura said it is a special event and he wanted to announce something good there "since KH3 is already announced he cant announce it again so we will announce another thing" - nomura himself.

 

And before he said that the teams are working on KH3 as first priority and 2.5 remix as second priority

I think it will at Disney's D23 Japan Expo. I think TGS will be for 2.5 HD ReMIX.

At Tokyo Game Show 2013:

 

Square Enix will announce Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX for the PlayStation 3 releasing worldwide in 2014 it'll include HD remasters of Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix & a Theatre Mode of cutscenes from Kingdom Hearts Re:coded remade in HD. A trailer will be released for it.

 

A trailer will be shown for Kingdom Hearts III. No idea if this'll be a new trailer though, could easily be the Japanese version of the E3 2013 trailer.

 

And Kingdom Hearts X[chi] may also appear at the event in some form.

 

Screenshots, renders & interviews related will also be released.

When Nomura feels like releasing some.
