Some of us might have considered this possibillity, because Kingdom Hearts has released 3 of their games exclusively on Nintendo consoles (358/2 days and Re:Coded on DS and Dream Drop Distance on 3DS.) With the new Super Smash Bros. Brawl coming for the Wii U AND 3DS, my hopes are beginning to raise. But so far, I haven't found anything in the interviews on the KH13 site that could magnifie this hope of mine. How big do you guys think chances are that Sora will make an appearance in the newest Super Smash Bros.? Will he be a playable character, only something like an assist trophy, or won't he make a appearance at all? He won't. The most recent and most anticipated game of the KH series is coming to PS4 and Xbox One, not Wii U. If it was coming to Wii U, he'd have a chance at being in Smash Bros. However, since Nomura practically ditched Nintendo when it comes to the KH series, it won't be happening.

i doubt it because he would have been shown at e3 forsure

Ditched Nintendo with the RECENT games... I still doubt Sora will make an appearance in SSB ever. I never said I didn't want it to happen, because I'd honestly be even more excited than I was to see Mega Man was going to make an appearance. It just won't happen though. Whether it was expenses or not, KHIII isn't coming to a Nintendo system, and Nomura has no special connections to Sakurai. The only reasons Sonic and Snake got in were because of the rivalry between Nintendo and Sega, and the creator of MGS being a very close friend of Sakurai. Ever since those two were included, people have been assuming any old third party character can make an appearance... SSB's still a very exclusive party.

Finally, someone else that understands that Smash Bros isn't "VIDEO GAME HALL OF FAME ULTIMATE SHOWDOWN". There are so few people that actually realize that.

All Stars was a horrible game.  Don't ever bring Kingdom Hearts to that nightmare.  You'll give the series a bad name.

personally i disagree with that, all-stars was great,just because you were expecting SSB and didn't get it doesn't mean it sucks, the moment that you get the whole All-Stars/SSB   BS out of your head you'll realize how good of a game it was

MGS 4 never had a Wii version yet Solid Snake managed to get there with a MGS4 theme for his stage.

 

Nomura didn't ditch Nintendo just because one game isn't coming to their system.

 

He chose the 3DS over the Vita for DDD,one of the most important entry in the series that finally progressed the story instead of going back to the past.

 

He was involved in Theatrhythim Final Fantasy,also on the 3DS.

 

It was never about game releases.

 

Nomura can easily pull his cell phone,call Sakurai and request him to add Smash Bros there just like what Kojima did,and BAAM,SORA IN SMASH BROS.

You don't know whether Nomura and Sakurai are not friends.

 

They might be good friends for all we know,not every relationship is revealed to the public

 

Sakurai probably have more friends than just Kojima.

 

Also,adding Sora to the game will expose the series to more audience especially the young ones(y'know,the ones that THE SERIES ARE MADE FOR)

 

Once they see him for the first time they'll look uo from which game he came in case they didn't know the first time.

 

I know Smash is rated T since Melee but that doesn't mean kids can't play it.

 

Kingdom Hearts whether we like this fact or not,is a series aimed for kids 10+ and above,especially Disney fans.

 

If Nomura saw enough KH fans wanting Sora to be in Smash Bros,he can talk to Sakurai on how can they add him into the game

If only they would add Sora. I'd still play with Mario and Peach as my main characters, but Sora would be a close second
