I dont know, if something extra was put into the English release, and it wasnt in the Japanese release, then that means Japan is gonna get an exclusive Kingdom Hearts Re:1.5 HD ReMIX with that thing in it plus extra stuff. -__- Oh boy, here we go again.

Japan has most likely been working on 2.5 since finishing 1.5.  Maybe a little teaser/trailer for it will be unlockable in the 1.5 US/PAL releases

since it seems like its a written message i doubt that japan will get a re-release. and if it has something to do with the art books then they may only be trying to encourage people to preorder but considering that you don't pay extra for those i doubt it. Maybe it will tell people that Xemnas was looking for the Room to Awakening? cuz well people who didnt know about final mix dont know about the room to repose or awakening, except for Ventus sleeping in it.
