Do you guys think Kingdom Hearts 3D [Dream Drop Distance] has at least a really really low chance of being in Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD ReMIX? I never played it but I really want to. Thing is, I don't have a lot of money and I have to save my money to fix my Playstation 3 and get a Playstation 4 so...Do you think it has a chance?

Nope. And I don't see a reason for it to be in KH 2.5 HD Remix since it recently came out on the 3DS. Besides, I think KH3D should stay as a 3DS exclusive. It will give people all the more reason to own a 3DS.

Well.... in 2D mode it looks like crap, so a 2D version would require a total game remake. 

Plus... it's not like the 3DS had much going for it; let it keep its hunk of the KH franchise, and call it even.

If you mean being playable, no. If you mean cutscenes, probably...

Are you forgetting that they could remake it? If Resident Evil Revelations could look good as a console port, why can't Kh DDD?

Well, Kingdom Hearts 3D has probably some of the best graphics on 3DS, and 2D mode doesn't look like crap :I But no, I don't think it will be playable, but they should most definitely do cutscenes, because it's one of the most important KH games.

That would be cool! I was thinking that maybe they will release a KH3 final mix (hopefully worldwide) and release a full remake of KH3D with the new graphics along with it. Like they did with KHre:COM.

The 2D on MY 3DS has about as depth as a colouring book. 

May just be my machine, but only the 3D version looks good on DDD.

I don't see the point of remaking KH3D. It would be a waste of time remaking a game that just came out recently. It like how Crapcom came out with RE:R for the 3DS than a year later they made a HD version that nobody even asked for.

KH3D has probably no chance of appearing in 2.5 through cutscenes. The idea of it being playable is even less likely.

The 2D mode of KH3D looks exactly the same as all the other KH games on the PS2 or PSP.

Well by the time KH3 comes out the game won't be considered "recent".

The 3DS version ended up being better that the console ports, so your argument is invalid. Portable games do not translate well to consoles.

I doubt it, the game just came out. It wouldn't make much sense to release it and immediately tie it to something else.

Well Re:CoM released 3 years after CoM.

So it would be fine if Re:DDD release in 2015.

 

Ya know Nomura want mayby that the console owners want to understand the story.

Fool. We hope so.

I do think there is a small chance of 3D getting an HD console remake, but not as a part of 2.5. 3D was never shown in 1.5's credits, only 2 Final Mix, Birth by Sleep (possibly Final Mix), and Re:Coded were shown. If they were to make an HD remake for 3D, they'll probably make it a stand alone remake. I kind of have a theory that if they were to make full HD remakes of the games for the DS and 3DS it would be on the Wii U, since it has two screens, as well as being a Nintendo console. I mean it has slightly better HD capabilities than the PS3. But who knows?

I would definitely say the biggest chance it has is cut scenes.  it seems like they are only making the games that came out on Sony products playable in the remixes.  But I definitely think it would be awesome to play it on a much larger screen.  Hopefully it makes it as cut scenes though, it would seem odd that they leave out that huge plot point and include re: coded which has yet to play any big significant role.

How would you know? It's the company job to make it better, so therefore it's not invalid. Portable games can transition well to consoles, but it depends if the company did a good job of making it or not. Resident Evil Revelations works well for a console port, there is some problems but overall it's good.
