Nintendo have announced Pokemon X and Pokemon Y for the Nintendo 3DS. They will both be released worldwide on October 12, 2013.

They are okay, I'm not very fond of some of the ideas and typings (Like Froakie and Chespin's) but its obviously fake so thats the good news. 

I think Ninfia could be a train it to your type of choice or a new type (Light)

More information has been "leaked" on 4chan's board. But this time the source says the upcoming CoroCoro magazine will reveal this information. So whether this is true or not remains to be seen.

The alleged leak is this information:

 

• Sylveon is a pure Flying-type Pokemon (in most cases, Flying-type Pokemon are dual-typed) and can only be female.
• Sylveon is said to evolve as a result of a bonding mechanic.
• Xerneas’s typing is Psychic/Ground.
• Yveltal’s typing is Fighting/Flying.
• New Pokemon: A pre-evolution of Tauros.
• New Pokemon: An evolution of Torkoal.
• New Pokemon: An alternate evolution of Wynaut, a counterpart to Wobbuffet.

I knew the last rumor were all bs. Now this seems more believable, but time will only tell.

 

IF the rulings for the mascots are true, X has some bad typing going on, but at least some good coverage lol. About Torkoal having a evolution, oh boy my friend has been waiting for that.

You know something useless that I want back in the Pokemon series? Colored cartridges. It just made the GB(A) games feel so much more special, you could always tell if a game was a Pokemon game at a glance. Then when the series moved to the DS, the game carts became so normal and boring. I bet they could do something cool with X/Y too, like have the cartridge transparent with an opaque letter X or Y on the back.

I had a grey one for Saph but it would save so I got the blue and it works fine.

Not surprisingly Mr XY revealed that all of their pokemon x and y info is fake
