Virus. Messed up the hard drive really bad. All my files, videos, music, and documents were deleted when they rebooted it at the repair place.

That sucks.. I know, if I remember correctly, that there must be some way to recover deleted files. Plus, I suggest you to create a backup storage of your data and constantly uptade it
